Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim

I recently had the pleasure of staying at novotel resorts & spa, and i cannot recommend this incredible property highly enough. My stay in room 204 from 30th may to 2nd jun e was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism at the front desk. The hospitality throughout my stay was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The service was top-notch, consistently prompt and courteous, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The security measures in place also provided a reassuring sense of safety throughout my stay. The food at the resort was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Dining here was always a pleasure. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings and excellent facilities. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully curated to provide a memorable experience. Overall, novotel resorts & spa exceeded all my expectations in every way. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this wonderful resort to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

we visited novotel resort and spa and this is one of the well maintained and serene properties in goa. lots of greenery, picturesque corners and clean all around. the rooms are well stocked with all amenities and are clean and hygenic. all the staff is well behaved and are very helpful. they do constantly check on you about your stay experience which we found unique. the highlight of novotel is there food! crumptious and yummy with wide variety of options to choose from! it is just ooommyygood😍 exec. chef pradeep singh has done a wonderful job in creating the most amazing breakfast and dinner menus. special mention to their staff sanjib and avi who took really good care of us! do not miss out on jumping into their pool😍 the pool area is filled with abudance of nature and is too much fun to miss out on! areas of improvement: 1. faster check-ins 2. consistent hot water supply throughout all rooms 3. warm check-outs overall our experience has been really amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

Stay was good, property is huge and not on the main road makes it more beautiful. The rooms & bathrooms are good with balcony, property has good restaurants, huge pool & jaccuzi but not thermal pool/ jaccuzi where you can set temperature. For summers it is great but for winters & rainy season the pool is not so comfortable but we’ve seen a lot of families enjoying it. They have a pool bar and spa with therapy rooms. Staff was great timely housekeeping and they kept on checking if our stay was comfortable. They have kids area, the only dissapointment is the breakfast we felt there is not enough space for seating. Obviously on a holidy people would have bf around 9-10 and during that time we’ve seen a lot of people waiting for tables. Pretty much same menu everyday on all thr days of our stay

Would really like to recognise the hospitality especially at food exchange. Rahul dev and subhadra were very kind and took special care of our 1 year old even engaging with him at times for us to have a good time. You could get complimentary warm milk and dal khichdi 24x7 which was also very nice. The play zone shuts at 7 pm and we felt that it would have been nice if it was open for slightly longer in the evening. Extra charges apply for the kids boat at the swimming pool and we felt that this is also something novotel could afford to offer as complementary. Rooms were cleaned okayish. A probably 6/10. Overall we had a good relaxing time and think we are happy with our choice of staying here. I think the nice staff made up for all the other things i felt the property lacked at.

We had a wonderful stay at the novotel resort and spa at candolim. The property is very well located and access-bile and the taxi point is right outside the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim entrance gate. The breakfast menu was excellent and the food quality and taste was good. The large swimming pool is one of the main highlights of the property. The only disappointing point was the room size and the children room's caretaker. Ample parking space is available and they also have washing facilities at the entrace to wash off beach mud. The staff was always courteous and welcoming. Would request the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim not to charge for children trampaulin usage.

Novotel resort is a good Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim with average service. I stayed there with my family for three days and three nights. The room was very clean. The only problem we faced was on food. There was no. Buffet there at dinner time. They communicated that it will be available but when we went. There, it was not there. Very frustrating. We went to their other novotel Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim for dinner. It happened for two days. There were multiple occasions where they have not responded even after multiple calls. When you asked then they were like, i was not attending the call. Really not happy.

there is no view from balcony and we were gvn first floor , it was just above arrival gate , u can't sit in balcony as people continusly come n go, I requested them to give breakfast n not dinner, but they told me I have to pay for breakfast, going on holiday and gtg angry spoils trip, well in advance we had requested for early chk in, , at the chk in was very rude with us in talking n her behavior, Ms.mandavi helped change our room , she patiently listened to us and was very nice she got our room changed n next day upgraded us, won't stay anymore there,

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim. Everything about the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Located near to the beach. Everything available at walking distance. Courteous staff. Breakfast spread was nice.

Super hospitality great location value for money. All amminities just nearby. Brach is just 5 min away.

This place is really amazing and perfect for family with kids. They have lots and lots of kids activities. Kids play area indoor and outdoor. Vedio games and xbox for kids. Pool is beautiful and large. Lot of fun things in and around pool area. Food is good. Ambience is lovely. Rooms are spacious

The initial room was pretty bad but the staff was accommodating and shifted us to a much better room in same category

The property was good, rooms were cleaned with proper amenities, staff was courteous & kids enjoyed the play area.

I had a mixed experience. Though staff was very cooperative especially ms aanchal who has gone out of way to help organize my stay and celebrate occasion for my daughter but other than that rooms were average and equipped with old accessories. The room was quite small, balcony was not at all great and entry/exit to the resort was quite ordinary which doesn't give feel of 5 star resort.

Room at novotel was comfortable but the room service has to be improved. The outer premises of the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim was stinking maybe because of the recycled water for their garden. Breakfast was not upto the mark compared to their counterparts. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Have to mention their front desk help was great, they were very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in goa thanks to your warm hospitality. Everything was just so nice ! the staff was always so cooperative and supporting. Our request for jain food was entertained at it's best. The chef himself would come down to decide on the menu and later on check on us whether everything was proper. In short, our trip to goa has been made all the more memorable and better because of our stay with you. Thank you. Looking forward to many more stays with you at other destinations. So the 5% discount is available how ?

Great value for money resort! good breakfast spread near popular beaches and fort aguarda.

Good amenities, room view was not great but overall experience was good. Would be ok to come again.
