Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim

I recently had the pleasure of staying at novotel resorts & spa, and i cannot recommend this incredible property highly enough. My stay in room 204 from 30th may to 2nd jun e was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism at the front desk. The hospitality throughout my stay was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The service was top-notch, consistently prompt and courteous, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The security measures in place also provided a reassuring sense of safety throughout my stay. The food at the resort was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Dining here was always a pleasure. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings and excellent facilities. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully curated to provide a memorable experience. Overall, novotel resorts & spa exceeded all my expectations in every way. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this wonderful resort to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

we visited novotel resort and spa and this is one of the well maintained and serene properties in goa. lots of greenery, picturesque corners and clean all around. the rooms are well stocked with all amenities and are clean and hygenic. all the staff is well behaved and are very helpful. they do constantly check on you about your stay experience which we found unique. the highlight of novotel is there food! crumptious and yummy with wide variety of options to choose from! it is just ooommyygood😍 exec. chef pradeep singh has done a wonderful job in creating the most amazing breakfast and dinner menus. special mention to their staff sanjib and avi who took really good care of us! do not miss out on jumping into their pool😍 the pool area is filled with abudance of nature and is too much fun to miss out on! areas of improvement: 1. faster check-ins 2. consistent hot water supply throughout all rooms 3. warm check-outs overall our experience has been really amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

Stay was good, property is huge and not on the main road makes it more beautiful. The rooms & bathrooms are good with balcony, property has good restaurants, huge pool & jaccuzi but not thermal pool/ jaccuzi where you can set temperature. For summers it is great but for winters & rainy season the pool is not so comfortable but we’ve seen a lot of families enjoying it. They have a pool bar and spa with therapy rooms. Staff was great timely housekeeping and they kept on checking if our stay was comfortable. They have kids area, the only dissapointment is the breakfast we felt there is not enough space for seating. Obviously on a holidy people would have bf around 9-10 and during that time we’ve seen a lot of people waiting for tables. Pretty much same menu everyday on all thr days of our stay

Would really like to recognise the hospitality especially at food exchange. Rahul dev and subhadra were very kind and took special care of our 1 year old even engaging with him at times for us to have a good time. You could get complimentary warm milk and dal khichdi 24x7 which was also very nice. The play zone shuts at 7 pm and we felt that it would have been nice if it was open for slightly longer in the evening. Extra charges apply for the kids boat at the swimming pool and we felt that this is also something novotel could afford to offer as complementary. Rooms were cleaned okayish. A probably 6/10. Overall we had a good relaxing time and think we are happy with our choice of staying here. I think the nice staff made up for all the other things i felt the property lacked at.

We had a wonderful stay at the novotel resort and spa at candolim. The property is very well located and access-bile and the taxi point is right outside the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim entrance gate. The breakfast menu was excellent and the food quality and taste was good. The large swimming pool is one of the main highlights of the property. The only disappointing point was the room size and the children room's caretaker. Ample parking space is available and they also have washing facilities at the entrace to wash off beach mud. The staff was always courteous and welcoming. Would request the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim not to charge for children trampaulin usage.

Novotel resort is a good Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim with average service. I stayed there with my family for three days and three nights. The room was very clean. The only problem we faced was on food. There was no. Buffet there at dinner time. They communicated that it will be available but when we went. There, it was not there. Very frustrating. We went to their other novotel Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim for dinner. It happened for two days. There were multiple occasions where they have not responded even after multiple calls. When you asked then they were like, i was not attending the call. Really not happy.

there is no view from balcony and we were gvn first floor , it was just above arrival gate , u can't sit in balcony as people continusly come n go, I requested them to give breakfast n not dinner, but they told me I have to pay for breakfast, going on holiday and gtg angry spoils trip, well in advance we had requested for early chk in, , at the chk in was very rude with us in talking n her behavior, Ms.mandavi helped change our room , she patiently listened to us and was very nice she got our room changed n next day upgraded us, won't stay anymore there,

The location and ambiance was excellent, offering convenient access to local attractions/a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The staff/Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim team were very attentive, friendly, professional, always ready to help with any requests. Specially the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim staff and the pool lifeguard. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast/restaurant/pool, which offered a great selection of food/services and added to the overall experience.

Property was good and well maintained. Staff needs to be trained in food serving. Overall, they were very courteous. Spa services were good.

Great vacation experience in the suite room. Nicely designed with every corner to use perfect location for a family vacation and the access to cabs was a stone throw away food was very good

Beautiful property. Best play area for kids i've seen so far. Service quality is also excellent. Also centrally located nearby pharmacy, supermarket, all major beaches as well as restaurants

Stay was good but unable to use balcony which was the only attraction while booking. They have a policy of paying advance/ deposit money for availing room service which i found little odd. I felt tariff was little higher compared with prevailing off-season tariffs of other resorts/ Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolims and the overall experience which i expected to be excellent but eventually turned out to be good. ( only b'coz of the balcony non availability.

Stay was very good. Breakfast fast served with variety of options. All amenities are maintained well.

We loved our stay with kids. Service was great! we liked the part that they have both indoor and outdoor play areas, games, and other activities. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun experience.

Location is good (beach is 800 mtrs. Food is delicious. Amenities are nice. Staff is courteous. View from Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim room is not outstanding.

As a accor plus member, i expect d better rates from them, we had asked for two bed while checking in, they took around 1 hour and then confirmed it's ready but unfortunately it wasn't the case. What was more disappointing was the attitude of the staffs. Upon escalation they upgraded the room and took care of the issue but novotel needs to improve on their members service, hence the rating of 4

Nice Novotel Goa Resort and Spa Candolim with good ambiance and the best part is they have kids play are and that too free. My kid has good time playing and colouring. Also they provide food for the kids which was not chargeable. I don’t have
