Hotel is great, no doubt about it - especially the buffet. Lots of food varieties. But i wouldn't say the rooms (atleast the room i was allotted) feel like 5-star - the bathroom especially (the furnish, it is sloppy. Greenwood Novotel Guwahati GS Road (beltola, which is 4-star has it much much better and is only half the price. What's more, after checking out, they stopped me and i had to sign a declaration stating i didn't consume a chocolate (tobelrone, worth rs. 249) from the room's mini-bar, which i didn't even touch. Staffs pilfering goods or miscommunication? who knows. Overall, i would say the Novotel Guwahati GS Road feels above 4-star, but not 5-star.

Located opposite to the downtown hospital and at the beginning of the flyover, it is easy to locate and access novotel. The valet parking was helpful. The check-in process was helpful. Many things are automated such as using the card in the lift to reach the room and accessing the room dining menu. The room was quite new and neat and clean. The food arrived on time and quality was excellent. There was no minibar in our room. There was only one chair and no appropriate table for in-room dining. When we compare the tariff of this room with other 5-star Novotel Guwahati GS Roads in guwahati we find that these aspects are lacking in novotel,

Visiting guwahati for the first time, it was amazing to stay at novotel. They are located in the heart of the city. Upon arrival, they upgraded our room. The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable and so was the couch. Very prompt in their service when helping with luggage and when asked for extra quilts. The Novotel Guwahati GS Road is well maintained, the dinner was good. Breakfast was complimentary and nice. The roof top restaurant and pool is quite cool, they have gym and spa too. The best part is their hospitality. I'd definitely recommend this stay if you are visiting guwahati! thank you for making our stay memorable!

Novotel guwahati is located on a street buzzing with eateries, and malls located at walking distance. Room was comfortable and the necessary amenities were available. The staff - shrijana always wore a smile on her face and happy to assist. Riya and saswati were extremely helpful, kind towards children and encouraged us to try gujiyas and thandai on 'holi' day. We requested for local cuisine and chef anirban goswami ensured that he delighted us with his culinary skills. The only disappointment was mosquitoes. Overall, an amazing stay and a big thank you to the entire staff.

The Novotel Guwahati GS Road and the housekeeping staff and restaurant service are very professional and courteous how ever, the front desk and check in process is painfully slow and unpleasant first impression at check in needs to be easy and seamless and quick, which is lacking in this Novotel Guwahati GS Road but for this aberration, the Novotel Guwahati GS Road is good place to stay and lives upto the expectation from an accor group Novotel Guwahati GS Road

Our stay in Novotel Guwahati GS Road novotel was quite satisfactory. It is a best place for family staying with all safety, comfort and happiness wot h luxury rooms, dinning and outer place. Location of the Novotel Guwahati GS Road is very easy to find out, food was quite healthy and hygenic. Service of all staff is byond expectation. If anyone will stay in the Novotel Guwahati GS Road once then he/she cannot choose any other place for staying in guwahati.

Excellent service, awsome food. Check in was smooth. Room service was decent. Dinning was awsome. Breakfast was very tasty.

Trip was good. Stay and buffet is perfect. We njoy swimming a lot.

Earlier they have provided very untied with unhygienic room and later after complaint they have given us a nice neat and clean room
