It was very nice experience, the food so... delicious, very nice play area for children including the pool , rooms were too good , and if someone got hurt the staff come running immediately to help and very nice service too.... By Advaita

What I liked: - Convenient location, very close to Imagica. - Dining team was accommodating of our vegan preferences. - Chef Advait Bharti deserves a special mention — he really tried to help despite the Diwali rush. What didn’t work: - Property feels quite old and not well maintained. - Rooms are extremely small; sofa-cum-bed in our room wasn’t working. - Overall food quality was average. - The stay felt overpriced for what it offered (possibly due to festive rates). Verdict: Apart from its proximity to Imagica, there isn’t much that stands out. Service effort was appreciated, but overall experience didn’t match the price. Would probably try a different hotel next time.

Property is very well maintained with amenities for all age group. Highlight for us was kids play area and swimming pool. Rooms are also well maintained and has comfortable vibe to it. Food options and taste is excellent and suitable for all pallete. Valet packing is available and staff is very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend stay here.

While my stay was great and as per Novotel standards, I would like to mention a few folks at the hotel – Provakar for ensuring every meal of ours was more than great. He was always smiling and greeted us warmly and also had personalised suggestions. He even went over the board to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Then I would also like to mention Gitimoni & Rebec who were equally warm, cheerful and patient with us as we were with a one-year old. They even helped us have our meals peacefully by taking care of our son for us. Overall a great experience for our son's first birthday!

The rooms are very spacious with a good view of the hills. The service was exceptional and the food in the restaurants was amazing. They even customized as per our requests. The spread in the buffets is really vast. I felt the pricing for gaming could have been lower, but Good experience overall.

The stay was not upto mark as per the price , and the hotel is mostly stinking and dampness all over the rooms were not clean very dirty floors . Breakfast buffet is very chaotic and overcrowded and no one is cared attend the people. if you are unable manage you should nit accept the booking . We have paid around per night but service and the quality of the hotel is very very poor. overall very disappointing will not recommend to anyone.

A wonderful family stay for four members — comfortable rooms, excellent buffet with all cuisines, and engaging events throughout. We enjoyed every moment, from great food to warm hospitality. A perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and memorable experiences.

Had an excellent stay at Novotel Imagicaa. Food quality and variety was great. Best part was complimentary dinner for our kid. Within the room, the heater function was not working and the room was very cold. The floor was sticky due to air conditioning. The extra towel provided was a torn one.

This was purely a vacation stay for my son. I was amazed with the hospitality. It being right on the premises of imagicaa helped us to fully enjoy the hotels amenities alongwith the theme and water parks. I was also impressed with the approach of the hotel staff towards mu 6 year old. They took real nice care of him keeping him engaged with different activities. The icing on the cake was the surprise appearance of the imagicaa characters during breakfast. I would fully recommend this hotel for kids vacations

They promised for an upgrade, but did not provided. Food preparation takes time so tell them in well advance if you have to manage things. Rooms on day 1 was in very pathetic condition. Everything on the floor wasn't wiped well, it was too sticky.

Novotel Imagica is a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and a very convenient location right next to the theme park. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the food offers a good variety. Overall, it’s a nice option for a relaxed family getaway with great service and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Everything is spot on and value for money. People of all age groups will enjoy it here. Food is super tasty with lots of varieties. Lots of indoor activities too.
