Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre

We booked an Executive room at Novotel Jaipur, and it truly exceeded our expectations, offering a premium experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and provided stunning views. We also had access to the exclusive executive lounge, which was a nice touch. The food was exceptional, with RamShankar at the restaurant customizing our meals to our preferences. He even went out of his way to offer my daughter some delicious pasta and pancakes, which she absolutely loved. A special thanks to Surender and Vinit for adding thoughtful touches to our room, including balloon decorations, an anniversary card, and a cake, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Nice location and good staff. However, the bathroom sliding door was difficult to close. Housekeeping did not clean the room till 4 pm and after many reminders. Breakfast time was a total chaos. Ordered for a scrambled egg which did not arrive for 30 minutes and that too after several reminders. Dinner was good with excellent service.

Awesome hospitality with everything a guest need at the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre. Hotel staff is very courteous from parking to reception and at the restaurant, we were served and treated with politeness. Only thing I want to add if they can keep bathroom slippers as well . Rest everything was great.

Stay was v good overall, but the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre refused to let us attend the “special event” that was listed in our mmt package, even after the mmt executive talked to the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre. We found it v odd.

Had an amazing time at Novotel with kids! Their kids menu is amazing and complimentary plus the staff, the buffet and service is at par with some of the higher priced 5 stars. Very happy!

Hotel is to good and beautiful, buffet breakfast is good and many verity of food only 1 issue in this Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre housekeeping service is 0%per... my experience.

Stay was comfortable. Staff in restaurant was very good and breakfast was very yummy. The best attraction is pool area. Washroom needs maintenance.

Great stay. Very good and courteous staff. Overall service is superb. Food quality at Food exchange was also very good.

Everything was good. Breakfast was awesome with variety of indian and english cuisines. Overall a nice place to stay for visiting chokhi dhani.
