Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences

I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the staff during both arrival and departure. The check-in process is as smooth and quick, with staff members being welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Similarly, during check-out, we find the process hassle-free and appreciate the promptness in settling any final bills or requests. Overall, the check-in and check-out experience is as a positive aspect of staying at the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences. I asked to forget her name who assist me for check-in but at the time of Check-out "ARKITA" helped us for smooth check out. We appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, that they are kept in good condition throughout our stay. The bathrooms are usually clean and well-stocked with toiletries, and the shower facilities are often praised for their water pressure and temperature control. In terms of views, some rooms offer pleasant views of the city or the surrounding areas, depending on the location within the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences.

As per the standard of the brand, the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences serves as expected. Nothing too different. Housekeeping is good but they have to increase the capacity to support the customer. Food was good. Kitchen management has to improve. I ordered food and they asked me to wait for 30 mins. Good, no issues with that. I waited for 45 mins and still no response. I called in-room dining and nobody picked up my phone. I had to call guest services who got this escalated and i got it within next 5 mins. So i guess the food was well prepared but nobody actually cared about serving it. I don't know maybe due to high capacity. But they should have informed me at least. I expected that. It's a busy Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences. So they have to have ample support to serve them. Sure i will visit again! all else is good.

The property’s location is very convenient- it is close to the airport and has malls nearby. It is in a prime location of new town, kolkata. We got rooms of our choice and could check in early although had to wait for some time until the rooms were getting ready. The ambience of the reception area and the dining is just lovely. The property spaces- public or the rooms are clean and well maintained. They offer a good variety of food in the buffet which is tasty. The staff is sweet be it at the reception, housekeeping or at the dining. We liked the room views. The washrooms were clean, properly functional and had all toiletries as expected. Special mention to the chef who packed my food as i was getting late. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Grateful.

i stayed at the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences for 3 nights. the moment you enter the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences the feel of a five star Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences is there. nice music, staff welcoming you with a traditional नमस्ते and smile . Thats what Indian are recognised, values.. welcoming guests . Breskfast buffet was nice, not much on sweet section, can improve on variety but food had a good taste , so no complains. Now to room- nice room, view, cleanliness BUT AC doesnt eork. Even on complaining on day 2 nothing, definetly a dampner .

I recently stayed at the westin kolkata for a day abd it was a wonderful experience from the moment i checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they were quick to accommodate my request for a room, a big event was going on in the property still i didn’t have to wait the room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The city view was amazing. Only one think i didn’t like was i asked for a smoking room but got a non smoking.

Good for stay. But some employees behaviour were not good. They are treated very badly. Restaurant is good but some people is entirely different especially amoshy and amith or alok i forgot his name. I request to change telephone in my room which was not working properly, many time i asked them, but they are not rectified that until i leave from there. But house keeping boys are very kind and gentle. Rest all are good

Overall stay is comfortable but for senior citizens like us mostly having back pain etc. For that on request if they can change the bed mattress of little hard top so they can replace. This is my suggestion only. Food quality is very good but very expensive. Guest service people does not pick up the telephone promptly. Anyway enjoyed the stay otherwise except those what i mentioned in my comments.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever. Everything about the Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service. Food was good. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A truly amazing experience ! this place definitely knows how to soothe your mood, be it their ambience, quick, courteous and prompt service of the staff, delectable food spread, well maintained pool with supportive staff, just name it and they have it. 24/7 gym is an added advantage. The place and its amenities are such that you would love coming back to this place!

Location was good on the main road. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Room was clean & housekeeping was good. Staff was very helpful. Their pool is big & gym is well equipped.

I find the property details from a meeting helt at this property of our company gionee mobile in the year of 2013. The property was good that's time but now the property is less quality from that time. But the staff are very decent and qualityfull, the front desk service is also good. But the quality of the room and the ac is below now. Oberall 3atar out of 5.

We went there for a weekend stay. The Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences offers spacious clean rooms. The check in and check out were smooth. Food at the square and the bar are quite delicious. Housekeeping was great. Service was good.

C oozy room. Ambience is very good. Staff behaviour is good. Smooth process of check in and check out. Food quality is good but little bit expensive according to quantity & to some extent quantity of food.

The stay and the view was nice. The food was not up to the mark.
