It is awesome, I stayed with family. Foreigners also stayed here. Food quality is little bit low but you can stay with good hospitality.

Novotel mumbai Airport property is very favorably placed in relation to proximity to the station. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The buffet for dinner and breakfast were ok not to the level of Novotel NewDelhi. The service was pretty slow.

Location, food and services were nice but invoicing system for in room dining was not up to the mark. As a business traveler, we need final invoice for all expenses rather than individual payment slips. This can be better. I can recommend this hotel for people with personal expenses and not to business traveler who need to submit the invoices for reimbursement.
