Title: pleasant stay at novotel mumbai i recently had the pleasure of staying at novotel mumbai, and overall, it was a positive experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable ambiance. The staff's hospitality was commendable, with a friendly and responsive attitude throughout my stay. They were quick to address any inquiries or requests, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the overall stay was good. In conclusion, novotel mumbai provided a pleasant and memorable stay. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a comfortable and centrally located accommodation option in mumbai.

Stayed at novotel for one night in jun e 2023. Had a great stay. We reached way ahead of check in time and were promptly helped by the staff to get a room within 10-15 minutes. The attitude was fantastic. Not having to wait for a room is the single most important thing for guests. The room is a great size and the bed was super comfortable. The view was decent. Lunch at their multi-cuisine restaurant was quite good. Special mention of their coffee in the cafe at the ground level which really put us in a great mood! overall, super experience that i will be happy to repeat

Decent rooms and service. We were travel-ling with a 10 month old, they were courteous with free baby meal. They made us wait for nearly 1. 5 hours for checking since we came at 12:30 even though i had shared that we'll be arriving sooner so please plan your checkin accordingly since they have a 3pm checkin time and we were seeing other folks getting checked in first while we waited for long which felt weird and then they also took time to get our luggage to the room which seemed like a lack of coordination from their hospitality team

I traveled for business purpose and the stay was beyond perfect. The entire staff at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport is extremely courteous and they always greet you with a smile on their face. Right from the floor mangers to the security guards everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Delicious food, amazing staff, spacious rooms and impeccable hygiene - you just can’t ask for more. Genuinely these people are invested in making your stay memorable and comfortable in every way possible. Keep up the great work.

The check-in was very swift. Had a very welcoming offer at the restaurant as the check in was bit early. But staff at pool side was bit rude. Instead of guiding us just told us rudely that we cannot use the pool as we don't have proper clothes and said that he can't provide us with safety jacket for kids. I told the management but of no use. I didn't get any response back. I understand that we may not have proper clothes and we didn't even insisted more but the behaviour could have been bit more softer.

Brand new Novotel Mumbai International Airport located right at the footsteps of the metro station and 5 min drive from the airport- this is convenience huge rooms with a sofa sit out next to the windows. Clean bathrooms with a bathroom and a separate shower. 2 restaurants and a bar on the property- the gourmet restaurant will amaze you with its differentiated menu or you can skip away to glorious night views on the rooftop bar.

The rooms are large enough and well appointed. The staff are courteous and helpful. The food choices and preparation was definitely worth a mention. The only odd thing was that they didn't have soap bars! i am old school and find shower gels etc very difficult to use. While most Novotel Mumbai International Airports do not keep soap bars in the rooms anymore, they do provide them on request. This one didn't have them at all!

Location is very good. Very close to t2 terminal. New property. Room is well spacious and well maintained. Bathroom is very clean and to next level. Room service and house keeping is very well trained and prompt.

I was comfortable and felt safe. The food is excellent at this Novotel Mumbai International Airport. Staff are courteous and helpful. A few things could be worked on: bath towels did not smell fresh; the cupboard had an odd smell that catches onto clothes; and it takes time for the water to heat up for a bath! these could be rectified for other clients. Overall. A good stay! thank you!

We were in mumbai for a concert and stayed for a couple of nights. Great experience overall - the service was quick, breakfast was good too! location of the property is great too - falls midway for every other place in mumbai.

I was little concerned about our stay with the baby before we checked in. But the entire staff extremely helpful to make our stay smooth & hassle free even with your baby! Food is delicious & the quality of the ingredients are next level. Hotel ambience gives you peace. I loved the complimentary starters & drinks 😋. From now Novotel is the only option to stay in Mumbai whenever visit.
