Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

I recently had the pleasure of staying at novotel juhu for one day and night, and i must say it was an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment i entered the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was absolutely pristine with a breathtaking view of the juhu beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also had the chance to indulge in their delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. The Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach's location is truly unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at novotel juhu was nothing short of exceptional, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Stay was okay owing to its proximity to the beach. Locational advantage. Staff was courteous but the reception ones need to be little more professional. Rooms are okay but some care need to be taken by the management. No soaps in bathroom except shower gel. Bathroom water started seeping into the room. Safety locker got stuck owing to exhausted batteries. For a star Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach customer service is the first priority. Novotel may note. Check in time 2 pm. We came at 3pm. Got the room at 4 pm. Check out time was 12 pm. Out of curiosity ( not necessity) asked for an hour extension. Was politely informed that they could give 15 mins of extension. How sweet

Overall stay was good but as per facilities it's overpriced. I stayed in itc n novotel n must say itc is better with same amount. Breakfast buffet was huge but after 10 am waiting for seat. Quality of room items n all were average. Partial view of ocean. Best part entry to beach directly n beautiful view from swimming pool. Only this section is worthy. Location is perfect in the city. I ordered milk for my son late night and dey sent without any additional charges. So good stay. Lunch sweets buffet is to die for soooo yummy n never ending options.

It was a pleasant stay. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Polite staff. Receptionist pratibha was very helpful and provided me with early check-in. Overall good experience. Breakfast spread could be bigger. Since it's a 5-star Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, we expect bigger and yummier buffet. Swimming pool without changing room is a bit odd. Never expected this to see in a 5-star. Hopefully the management will improve on the above mentioned issues.

It was birthday and i enjoyed a lot, it was my best birthday at this stay. With awesome vibes and quality of food, service etc, they also let us extend check out timings as we were late in swimming area due to costumes arrangement. Over all the experience was awesome and i would love to visit again whenever i will get time and feel like spending quality time.

Property is at good location and rooms are good too but the only issue is the washroom because due to Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach was full during this weekend we were unable to get hot water in washrooms. Over all stay was good and view and property and rest of the things are good like as per 5* star Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach which they claim.

The stay was excellent i booked the property for 3 couples with kids we enjoyed the dinner and breakfast sea view is amazing hospitality is very good i will recommend very good weekend gateway for family pros location, beach access, food, hospitality cons - check in was time consuming and not gave on time

The entire experience at novotel juhu was amazing thanks to jonathan at the front desk who assisted me in the check-in process. Room service is quick and efficient. Once again thank you to jonathan and kartik at the premier lounge for exceptional hospitality and making guests feel welcomed.

Location the best. Pool and the restaurant ovetlooking the see was awesome. Food tasty. Above all the staff was very efficient and prompt.

Hotel is very good, is star Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, excellent service and hospitality, however checking in time is not flexible and check out is mandatory before 2pm, travellers from other cities is not recommended to this Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

Beautiful property and amazing location. Nice food and clean rooms. Only the housekeeping needs to be a bit attentive else all rated 5 star.

It was a very nice stay at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach novotel and i got a view of the sea juhu bich we got to enjoy and food service along with everything is done fine.

Excellent stay and amazing beach view from my room, very cooperative staff and polite. Lot of variates in morning breakfast. One of the best novotel branch i have seen on the location, and the best part who all are crazy about bollywood actors are main attraction who are seen here. Thanks.

Property has a good sight view as well as a good location. Staff and housekeeping is excellent. Food also delicious.
