Comfortable ride with minor hiccups i stayed at novotel delhi aerocity recently and overall it was a pleasant experience. The Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand's modern layout and clean rooms were real highlights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I loved the variety of facilities on offer, especially the well-equipped gym and pool for relaxation. The location of the Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand was also convenient, with easy access to major attractions and transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, although service was a bit slow at times. The breakfast menu had a variety of options, but some of the hot dishes could have been hotter. While the overall prices were reasonable, i found the room rates to be on the higher side than similar Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brands in the area. Despite minor issues, i recommend novotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

My stay at Novotel was amazing. The hospitality the readiness to help was just wonderful. The room was clean and tidy .i seriously had a refreshing night sleep. It was quiet and peaceful which I think is what one looks for in an Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand room. The good was delicious well prepared and wonderfully presented be it be in room dining or the breakfast buffet. Didn’t get the time to visit the pool area and the spa but going by what I saw by the premise and the room I guess it would have been equally good and would have lived up to my expectations. The bar offers a delightful array of spirits and cocktails. Overall I rate my stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay at the Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand was comfortable but please be aware of 2 things - anything you consume from the mini bar in the room is chargeable, they havent mentioned it anywhere. Another is beware if the ask you extra money for an early checkin. I got duped and was later refunded saying the staff got confused and charged me for the additional lounge access(i never opted for it. Breakfast is really good, has a lit of varieties to choose from.

The Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand accomodations were wonderful. The pool is amazing, such a nice place to relax. Gym looked good, bar and breakfast were exceptional. Only thing i didn't like was the check in experience. What seemed to be the manager trying to ups-ell my room. To offer is ok but it felt pushy. He didn't even tell me the nice things like where to find the spa, or second restaurant option or pool, just to upsell. Otherwise perfect stay.

Novotel stay is all in one package. I had the opportunity to go for a spa and it was worth the money. Variety of food stuffs, which was delicious and filling. Hospitality was no less. Each and every staff were well mannered and pleasing. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. Pleasing reception staff. Got complimentary drink, which was also enjoyable. Will definitely prefer my stay here in future too. Thank you team novotel

Very comfortable stay. Food was delicious. The breakfast spread can be better because during my stay of 4 days, almost 80 percent of breakfast items were repeated. And their restaurant food exchange has flies and mosquitoes. Novotel is trying their best to control it but they can do better. The room lighting can also be improved. But overall this property is worth it for a brief stay, especially transits.

The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The whole process from checkin to check out was very smooth. All the Novotel New Delhi International Airport- An Accor hotels brand staff were very courteous and helpful. We were travel-ling with a baby and didn’t feel any discomfort during our stay.
