Novotel Pune, Nagar Road

Great location, close to the airport and less than 1 km from Phoenix Mall, making it very convenient for travelers and shoppers. The Novotel Pune, Nagar Road is on a main road with heavy traffic, so if you stay in a room with a city view, honking noise during peak hours can be audible. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and cleanliness was well maintained. Everything functioned well during my stay. The in-room locker was large enough to store a 15-inch laptop, and the minibar allowed both beverages provided by the Novotel Pune, Nagar Road on request and personal ones. The breakfast spread was mostly Indian, with some basic European options. While mostly vegetarian, there was always one chicken or fish dish available daily. The beverage options were excellent, including fresh juices, milkshakes, masala tea, Irani tea and various coffee preparations. The live counter for omelets and dosas was a great addition. Some dishes were repeated daily, which might feel repetitive for longer stays. Service was excellent—staff were polite and prompt, and I never had to make repeated requests. Laundry service was efficient, with same-day return if picked up before 11 AM. In-room dining was convenient, with food delivery taking around 35 minutes, which was reasonable. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay with great service, cleanliness, dining, and location, though light sleepers may prefer a room away from the main road."

The Room size was not even moderate, inadequate for two persons, I felt congested. There”s no Jacuzzi in bathroom. Services and Food were quite good but expensive. I had to pay to Rs: 14600/- for 4 lunch, though free breakfast included in package. Laundry service were very late though it was free and included in the package. Overall, I paid 50K + for 4 nights which is not worth I feel.

My guests had a hassle-free stay there. all arrangements including keeping a car key were taken care off. staff at the reception was very helpful. early check in request worked. i sincerely felt very good to hear from them.

Checkin and checkout process was seamless, rooms were nice and clean though had an issue with the bathroom getting clogged, same was resolved once complained
