Good ambience. Reception Boys are very good. Responsive . Receiving the guest with good smile , very patiently answering the needs of the Guest . Especially Mr. Ganesh of reception service is highly appreciated. Bell desk people are not up to the mark . Strangely they have not attached the Novotel Vijayawada Varun tag on our luggage bags . Least responsibility to receive the guest and put the boxes in the car while leaving . Inspite of calling to Reception for the bell not to to come and pick up the travel boxes . Request for carry bags are not supplied . Disgrace to say service from all the quarters ard bad . Being Novotel Vijayawada Varun like Novotel sorry state of affairs front office manager is not up to the mark to the standards of the Novotel Brand . He don’t Hos to receive the guests and to talk . He is very Rude and not to fit be gor that post . He has no quality of convincing the guest while he is the hospitality industry . Any thing I ask only one answer No. I feel you the Novotel Vijayawada Varun has to serve thd guest as you are having star Novotel Vijayawada Varun . Try to teach your staff to learn how to receive the guest . Few are good others ard bad . Train them properly to the standards of Hotdl Novotel Brand my strong feeling that your staying guest should leave the Novotel Vijayawada Varun with satisfaction and happiness customers sataisfavtion is much more than money making of the Novotel Vijayawada Varun.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the novotel varun, a 5-star gem nestled in the heart of vijayawada. From the moment i arrived, i knew i was in for an exceptional experience. The service was nothing short of exemplary. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their warm, welcoming attitude was a standout feature. While a stay at novotel varun is undoubtedly a premium experience, the value for money was exceptional. The quality of service, amenities, and overall experience justified the price. My stay at novotel varun was nothing short of perfect. I would rate it a solid 5 out of 5 stars. I wholeheartedly recommend novotel varun to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

Novotel is the best Novotel Vijayawada Varun in vijayawada thanks to operations head manish for his tremndeous customer service and taking care of all valuable clients they are the best for hospitality the front office does their best with their warm welcome and smooth check in. Thanks to front office saidulu for his service and luggage handling the rooms are well maintained, clean and sanitised thanks to house keeping staff and house keeping assistant manager bhaskar r eddy for the best service they are customer friendly and room service is quick and gr8 the breakfast is huge spread i had the best stay @ novotel vijayawada

Good stay! amenities are great. We booked a premium room and it is spacious. Dinner buffet and breakfast buffet spread is bad and the hospitality at the restaurant is poor. There are many flies around dessert counter and the staff are just ignoring them. Breakfast buffet is complimentary with the room booking. But i literally felt i wastes my money by choosing dinner buffet. I paid around rs for 3 ppl and had that unhygienic food. I will not prefer dining next time at this Novotel Vijayawada Varun. So far room and ambience is good.

I recently stayed at nova-tel varun vijaywada and was very disappointed with the extra bed provided. It was not cleaned properly and had an unbearable amount of noise from the springs. Every time i moved, the loud creaking and squeaking kept me awake, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I've never encountered such a poorly maintained bed in any Novotel Vijayawada Varun before. I hope nova-tel addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Overall, it is pretty decent and comfortable. Food is good and scope for improvement, quality of certain items, especially coffee beans used is not of quality and standards of a novotel. Terrace pool area is the best part of the property. Service and interaction with staff is ordinary, lacked empathy, service and courtesy, it was more transactional response and they often quote policies and restrictions which you experience in typical guest house not expected from novotel.

As the name tells itself for NOVOTEL, this Novotel Vijayawada Varun made me feel completely special.... superb infrastructure., Great ambience, Super fast service in room, We stayed for 1 day, but in a few months will plan again for 2 days, everything was just perfect ...The buffet breakfast was simply awesome....The in room dining also was mouth watering... In all I would rate this Novotel Vijayawada Varun 10/10

Location of the Novotel Vijayawada Varun is good, it was adjacent to the highway. Swimming pool was awesome, my son enjoyed in the rooftop pool. Food was very tasty. House keeping, during the evening time at about 7 to 7. 30, we couldn't get anyone on the phone. However, early in the morning about 5. 30, their response was quite fast. Could be a busy hour during the evening - room for improvement.

Stay is good, amenities good, but food is excellent too good, excellent live kitchen and they are very polite.

Good experience. Nice food. Detailing is better. Check in is as usual smooth. The last visit a few days back was better than earlier ones. Hope for better experience in next visit. Novotel should give better discounts for regular visitors like me.

The service was outstanding. So was the food. Staff are very friendly and accommodative helpful. But just a feedback and suggestion is that considering the local language the guests are confused as to which language the staff is comfortable with. Hindi telugu or english. Nothing negative about it but a feedback

Our stay was short but was very comfortable my daughter loves novotel she frequents novotel in hyderabad and was excited to to go to novotel vijayawada, and she ids not disappointed.

The stay with family was awesome. Novotel is true luxury to experience. The staff from front desk to room service to every corner has been amazing. Lavish breakfast had several varieties, which made my kids very happy.

While travel-ling to elr to hyderabad, we planned to stay. Had a pleasent stay and superb vijayawada veiw from terrace. Room very nice and lovely ambience. Enjoyed superb breakfast. Highly recommended as we stayed at this place.
