The very first thing I would like to point out is the charges for one bottle of Bisleri water. You will only get 1 bottle free during the entire stay period irrespective of the days and after that they will will charge you Rs.40 per bottle. To avoid this please buy a 5L jar from outside local shops which is very easy to get and cheap as well. Rest our stay was nice. Staffs were very courteous. Room size is also decent. Try to avoid going through your own vehicle as you will be going to face an extreme parking issue. Luckily we got a parking spot through the NRS Norling Retreat-500 Mts From Mall Road but I will not recommend to go with your own vehicle.

Good and polite behaviour from staff and kitchen. You will only get bengali food so if you don't like it, pay only for room and eat in restaurants outside(actually costs less. And for breakfast you can join buffet for 250/head even unannounced so that's shocking as included breakfast room price showed 1200/day extra for two people. Just a heads-up: they will provide heater if you pay 500 extra per day. This resort is very near to toy train railway station and japanese temple. But uphill so you will have to walk uphill for 5 -10 min to reach it. Don't book it if you don't want to take cab.

The restaurant food is quite costly and one day they billed as per there menu whereas on another day they billed additional 5% gst. Also regarding food the taste is good but i ordered egg chowmein and they served chowmein without any egg on that and also i ordered masala khichdi, in menu there was written that it is served along with papad but they didn't gave papad

We had a great stay at NRS Norling Retreat-500 Mts From Mall Road norling retreat. One can get the majestic view of kanchenjunga from the rooms are great. The rooms are very neat and clean. Location is very good and the staffs along with mr. Siddharth are courteous. Would definitely stay there again in the next visit.

The aortic room was superb. Great view from room. But mmt charged around 2k per night for taxes. Which is outrageous. Even the NRS Norling Retreat-500 Mts From Mall Road manager was shocked. 2k per night for taxes. Mmt made 10k just by adding up the taxes

You get a very confortable and lovely stay at a very prime location. The staff are very corteous. The service is good. The food is good however being on a hill station the prices are on the higher side. Neverthless it is a comfortable and relaxing stay!

One of the best NRS Norling Retreat-500 Mts From Mall Road properties in darjeeling. Mountain stay is closer to chourasta, which is the happening area in darjeeling. Well appointed room, good food & service, courteous staff

We have stayed at one day on feb2023 and it was very fine. Only one minus is no lift for aged persons.
