Good accommodation good food also good for room service and also good for room cleanses and gooddddddddd

This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever encountered. The staff were incredibly impolite and rude, refusing to listen to their customers. Their arrogance was astounding.

We selected this hotel as it has ample parking space. Other than that we were disappointed. Goods - large room, hot water, clean linen including towels, ample parking space bads - bad sleep quality as constant hammering for some work for half the night, other noise of door music which went on for the whole night. Limited breakfast items. Found two small cockroaches - one dead, other alive in the room. Toilet and bathroom very small and cramped. Lift out of order for some time.

The bathrooms are not clean. There are cobwebs and insects. Couldn't get hot water. The washbasin is outside making it very inconvenient to use the toilet.

Very good hotel for family stay. It is one hour from hotel to temple and also to laknavaram lake. Breakfast is complimentary. Lunch and dinner veg options in north indian cuisine is good.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, easy to access on the main road. The reception staff were very courteous, answered the phone calls anytime for some adjustments. Room ambience was good, some cracks on the room walls were found in one room, and staff readily changed the room on informing that. Room service was prompt. Restaurant for lunch and dinner was good and tasty, breakfast menu can be improved. The hotel over all definetly good.

It is a good place to stay for an overnight if you don't want to stay in warangal. It has a very good restaurant with a good variety of food. The room is good even if it may be small for a family of 4. Places to see are nearby about 1 hour or so to drive. Breakfast is available as complimentary for 2 only and lift was not working incase you have old people with you.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. At the time of checkout they charge us the breakfast which was complimentary

This hotel is at very convenient location for visiting pakhal lake, ramappa lake & temple and lakhnavaram cheruvu. About half an hour away from warangal and on the way to these locations. Coming to hotel itself, it is one year old so every thing looks new and well maintained. Rooms are spacious with all common facilities. You will not find water kettle or tea kit inside. It has restaurant which is serving very tasty food and doing quick service. One very plus point is it is serving excellent coffee, which my whole family is appreciating. Room rate are little higher side of you book through website. Otherwise highly recommended for stay.

Social distancing and cleanliness

Nice hotel (more a motel considering that its on highway), well maintained rooms, good food ; however room service was pathetic. It took them ages to serve something as simple as tea, staff disturbed sleep twice by ringing bell early morning looking for used plates and to get a bill signed. The bell is ridiculously loud and should be replaced immediately. All in all a lot of scope for improvement.
Masks of the staff were merely for show purposes and there was hardly any social distancing observed or maintained
