The tents were not as per the pics on the app the service was not good at all there was no hot water in the evening Electricity went out several times in a day they did not have basic toiletries like shampoo sachets the breakfast menu was limited

location was remote. Food was bad and costly. Tent had limited amenities, washroom was not at all good. Although ambience was good, green and humble staff.

Purely natural experience in well maintained tents. Location is easily reachable. Staff is very cooperative. Food is simple and good.

EXPERIENCE THE TRUE NATURE, SOUND OF GUSHING RIVER IS REALLY THERAPEUTIC. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND FOOD IS STOMACH FRIENDLY. CONS NO ELECTRIC KETTLE NO ELECTRIC BLANKET OR HEATER IN THE ROOM, BUT YES THEY PROVIDE HOT WATER BOTTLE WHICH PROVIDES A GOOD WARMTH. OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, WORTH STAYING, DONT FORGET TO ASK FOR A BONFIRE 😋😋

The stay was really nice. Beautiful place. The tents are really clean and toilets are really neat and clean. This place is a little far from the nubra valley. Wifi was available but was not having a strong connection in all the tents and was getting diconnected. No a-la-carte option in restaurant.

The stay was very comfortable. Food was very tasty. Staff was very helpful. Rooms and washrooms were very neat and clean.

Best location in Nubra Valley with a running water stream. Food was good, stay was comfortable. Electricity and hot water timings are fixed. Please call the hotel for direction otherwise you’ll not find it.

This place was very nee t and clean, most important thing staff were very humble and kind.

Lovely ambience and the tents are very comfortable but for some issues. It was always a struggle to get hot water, 8 was the only traveller in the resort. Lights would come on at 6 pm and no way one could charge the phone. If you wanted hot water, it 2 as na issue, it was rationed and if requested from. The tap, it wouldn't come or be tepid finally gave up.

The location is very good, staff polite and helpful. In sync with nature. However, the hot water is available only for limited time and has no place for storage.

The place is right between two mountains! The hot water is a little bit issue there but can’t blame the property! It’s the area! But the staff is impeccable and will do anything in their control to fulfill the wishes! Will truly recommend this place!

It was told there is wifi but after checking in tgey told wifi is not available there and hot water only available from 6 am to 8 am, electricity available till 11 pm only, all these details must be included and highlighted prior.
