The La Niwasa by Shivraj is away from the mall road bustle and loud noises. It serenates you with mountain view and is peaceful. The La Niwasa by Shivraj provides pick and drop (shuttle service to and from mall road. Staff was courteous, and was quite humble. Service was extremely satisfying. Born fie and music was everyday during my stay and did made the stay enjoyable. Car parking space was a plus point and added to the headache less stay. Complimentary break fast was fulfilling and staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. A big thank g to la nivasa. ! you made my trip memorable !

The La Niwasa by Shivraj was very good with all the amenities. Hygiene was maintained. And the view from the rooms was mesmerizing. Food was delicious. And the La Niwasa by Shivraj provides shuttle services to the market which is good. The staff was very polite and courteous. All the services provided by the La Niwasa by Shivraj were great. We didn't have to wait for anything. The services provided by the La Niwasa by Shivraj staff were quick. They provide wi-fi with a very good speed. The location of the La Niwasa by Shivraj is accessible too. All in all the stay at la niwas was an amazing experience. I would like to stay here every time i visit nainital and would recommend it to everyone because its a great experience staying at la niwas by shivraj. But beware there are other La Niwasa by Shivrajs too by the same name and google map can confuse you. So please check before booking. Its la niwas by shivraj and it is near the high court.

The property is located at a hill location with good views from the rooms. We had travelled to the La Niwasa by Shivraj during rainy season so had to spend some time in the room. The management was kind enough to upgrade our rooms to junior suite. Rooms: they were spacious with decent wood work and amenities. The washrooms were clean and the linen were good. The room had a good view from the balcony. Food: Was delicious with sufficient quantity. Both the veg and non veg dishes were good. Mr. Mahesh from the house keeping staff was very professional and handled our requirements properly. Overall the La Niwasa by Shivraj is located at a good location with good view. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The management is competent and professional to take care of all your requirements. The place to visit are also nearby. The La Niwasa by Shivraj provides commentary pickup and drop to Mall road which is good.

Merits: calm and quiet property, decent rooms, good location and view, slightly away from mall road. You cant walk down to the mall road, but they do have complimentary car service demerits: the La Niwasa by Shivraj staff wasnt very accomodating. We requested for a late check out and while the La Niwasa by Shivraj was empty, they still didnt give it to us. Whilw going for sightseeing we took our room keys along, thinking the hote staff would have an alternate key and then we had to come back to a dirty room in the evening as they had not cleaned the room. When i raised it, they said, u should have left the keys, but no one had informed us. They did get it cleaned at a very basic level at that time, but not completely. I wasnt happy with this. Rest everything else was fine

The place is really nice, good food and staff is pretty helpful. Mr ramesh was very nice and helpful while serving us food. Although the groups that had come to the La Niwasa by Shivraj were mannerless. While we were having food a particular group was so filthy in their ways that they were putting their dirty utensils in our table. A lady from the group sat on my chair while i went for second serve. I know La Niwasa by Shivraj management cant do much about this but its a turn off for people who wish to comeback. Overall you would enjoy this property provided you re lucky that hooligans gentry (newbie riches with no manners)are not holidaying at the same time.

This has been a memorable stay with the La Niwasa by Shivraj, as our room was upgraded as a gesture upon availability. The location was a little away from the crowded mall road but well within reach. The best part was the free shuttle provided by the La Niwasa by Shivraj all day long. The location of the La Niwasa by Shivraj was well placed in front of the snowy mountains. I would like to commend staffs cooperation and gesture towards us. Last but not the least, the food was great at the La Niwasa by Shivraj restaurant with great quality at nominal prices. I would recommend the La Niwasa by Shivraj to everyone. Worth the stay.

We had booked the executive mountain view room for 4 nights. Right from the check inn to the check out it was a very nice experience. We had not taken the dinner package so we actually tried a lot of stuff on the menu. The La Niwasa by Shivraj chef mr gopal singh really made sure that each and every dish that came to us was delicious and very very fresh, write from butter chicken biryani to tandoori chicken tikka everything was very nice. The best part are soups that this La Niwasa by Shivraj serves. They are a must try. Hotel has very efficient pick and drop from the mall road. I will certainly stay here again.

We are a youtube duo & we travel with our friends and cousins to nainital and booked this La Niwasa by Shivraj. The owners and the staff were so kind and we had one hell of a time. Food was good especially chinese. The owners made the kamouni food specially for us which was a great experience. The La Niwasa by Shivraj also offers free cab service from La Niwasa by Shivraj to mall road till 8:15pm which us a great help as you may not get parking at mall road for your private vehicle. Overall La Niwasa by Shivraj is very nice & at a premium location. Must stay here !

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was really accomodating. Restaurant team was so polite and helpful, and we were served whatever we needed. The property itself is in the middle of ample greenery and yet it is very close to all the tourist spots. The room itself could have been better as the furniture is quite old and that probably was the only let down. Otherwise it was a really comfortable stay.

I booked a hill view room. The room was pretty decent and the view was amazing. Only flaw being the wifi which was not at all working. If you have a need of wifi, kindly ask the property manager in advance and ask him to ensure the connection. For me, non-availability of wifi was disappointing.

Location of the La Niwasa by Shivraj is a bit interior but then you get a nice and peaceful locality. Food was good. They have ample parking space for 4-5 cars. They have free pool cab service for pickup and drop from market place. Interiors and exteriors are nicely done. Only thing is that they did not put up a hoarding in front of the La Niwasa by Shivraj. Service was good and fast.
