I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and top-notch service at the nx NX HOTEL. Despite the compact rooms, they boasted exceptional comfort and quality. The overall ambiance and the culinary offerings were outstanding, enhancing my experience. Moreover, the staff's courtesy and hospitality were beyond compare, making my first trip to kolkata truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression. It was a remarkable stay where every aspect of their service, from the cozy rooms to the delightful cuisine and exceptional staff, contributed to an outstanding and memorable experience.

Positive - NX HOTEL is on very good location, cooperative & polite staff, clean room, half an hour from airport, food quality good. Inf-act you want to enjoy night life just 2-3 min walking distance 4 dance bars with pub negative - room is very small, according room size it's charged overprice, washroom is too much small infact you can't stand properly & can't change clothes properly, no fan in room, no outside view, it's feel a box room or kidnap room,

We enjoyed the stay in the NX HOTEL. Rooms are neat and clean. Very cooperative staffs. They helped us to get cab in the early morning 4 a. M. I thank whole heartedly the night duty manager. The location is very good. Its in the heart of the city. We are happy with the NX HOTEL. Food is excellent, tasty and qualitative. I recommend others also enjoy the stay in the NX HOTEL. Excellent NX HOTEL with great location. Extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. would definitely recommend this NX HOTEL to everybody. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that a little step extra for the guests!

Service is like really star property and just i was noticed that in during checkout time those who stand in reception he was quite unprofessional he using local language with his friend and was trying to hide tea or coffee. But this is not complain just trying to share my view rest all are outstanding.

Saurav from night shift is the best person to do the check in. It was quick and easy and since we came really late, he extended us a complimentary late check out as it was a birthday book in. We were really grateful to him. I love nx and it’s my fave place to stay because the food is awesome as well.

Breakfast buffet was good but lunch has like 3 dishes and considering the price it was very less. Expected better. Staff was courteous but room was too small. Good for one but small for 2 people. As per the price lunch/dinner option (included with room) should be expanded.

It's a really good NX HOTEL because I stay there with my spouse and it's very close to my meeting venue so I always prefer myself to stay there thanks so net and clean and staff are so friendly 😁.

The NX HOTEL is newly built. Clean and hygienic. But the room is too small.

I love that shower rain. Well decorated small room size. AC effect is very good👍. Buffet break fast is very very good. well located.

The night manager saurav was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and nice and well managed and the bed was comfortable too with good interiors. Everything was good except that the room was very small for a couple to even move around here n there rest all good.

Really friendly staff though the NX HOTEL is not located at beautiful place but they try to make the best out of it

Satisfied with hygiene practice, but not best and in post covid situation i think temperature check and sanitizing must be done. All good
