O Hotel Pune

I recently had an amazing stay at the o O Hotel Pune and i can't wait to share my experience. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who made me feel right at home. The O Hotel Pune's rooms were not only clean, but also incredibly spacious. It was such a delight to have plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the rooms was truly impressive. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining options at the o O Hotel Pune were outstanding. The menu was full of mouthwatering choices that catered to all tastes and dietary needs. Each dish i tried was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. The culinary team at the O Hotel Pune definitely knows what they're doing. But what really stood out for me during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or simply making sure i had everything i needed, their attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at the o O Hotel Pune was nothing short of outstanding. From the friendly staff to the delicious food and clean, spacious rooms, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. Good ambience, courteous staff and lovely food very warm welcome by the staff with great smile on them. Once we reached the O Hotel Pune, they promptly attended us and checked with us about our previous visits. About our plans as we of they can assist etc. They upgraded our stay as we visited regular basis and good patrons to them. Restaurants which are on the roof top were awesome. Very warm welcoming ones. Very good ambience and colour coordination. Sitting arrangements are amazing. Swimming pool view and city view from the top are amazing. It was lovely food. We got good discount on our food bill too. Service is really awesome. Good staff. Breakfast and the amazing platter was plus point

This was my second stay at O Hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The eminence of the O Hotel Pune, combined with the high-quality food, impeccable hygiene, and stunning views, makes for a truly exceptional experience. Watching the sunrise from the rooftop is a highlight not to be missed. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including in-room dining, and a comprehensive selection of drinks. Whether you spend your time exploring or relaxing on the property, you'll enjoy every moment. O Hotel will always be my first choice for accommodation whenever I visit Pune. The room was good and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The swimming was clean. But its not very comfortable to use as there are sitting arrangement all over the place for the rooftop restaurant. The staff was good. I felt the food was very expensive and not upto its standard. Room service was good. Bathrooms and shower was very good. There is germane bakery right next to the O Hotel Pune and all other eating places are very close-by. Location is accessible. Uber is the solution for all the travel around. It's hassle free.

Pros: 1. The room was quite spacious, clean and cozy with a very beautiful city view. 2. All the staff members were courteous, pleasant and helpful. We never had to go and ask for a thing a second time. Everyone, right from the welcome staff, to the staff at the reception, restaurant, pool and room service was so helpful and well mannered. 3. Our package was dinner and breakfast inclusive. Both the meals were super good with many options for kids. Cons: 1. Pool water maintenance could be better.

Prime location. Service is satisfactory. Premium room was spacious but it lacked basic necessities like plug points specially near the bed. Lighting is very ordinary. Room had lovely french windows with nice view but had to keep the curtains closed as the windows were very dirty. Breakfast lacked a lavish spread but the taste and quality was good. Valet parking takes a long time so one needs to adjust time accordingly. Overall it was a one time satisfactory experience.

The property location is excellent as it is in the heart of kp. The rooftop view is amazing. Food is good. The property is a little bit old & i felt it needed renovation in terms of bathroom & room lighting, the bathroom shower water was leaking in between on its own. The staff was polite and helpful. The location is a plus point & many restaurants are available within walkable distance. I had a good experience with housekeeping & hygiene here.

Location is in heart of pune, at koregaon park, easy to locate, food quality is good, bit of maintenance required for sinking beds, otherwise everything is perfect. Roof top restaurant is the highlight of this place that i loved most. One key per room is a bit inconvenience specially when you are staying as a couple. Even staff at the reception needs to learn bit more politeness.

Service was nice - staff was very kind & served hospitality in good way! we loved the time spent in the pool- thank you ms. Monica - pool roof top staff to serve us with your smile & kindness. Only buffet was high priced & not that great - wish they can reduce the pricing & more options to be served

Considering we have kids they gave us free upgrade in room, also the staff at front desk and other staff was extremely courteous. I strongly recommend this O Hotel Pune to everyone.

Food is superb, location suits me as per my work place & service is good. Over all i enjoy staying here

The stay was amazing. The rooftop restaurant has delicious food. The service in the restaurant is also good. The O Hotel Pune has everything - great spa, a big swimming pool for kids to enjoy, delicious food with a lot of options even for jain.

I love to stay here as the location as it is nearer to my workplace, service & food quality are good. The staff is very supportive.

Hotel was good every thing was good.

It was good. The only feedback is that since i was given a room with a door for adjoining room ; there was a very loud snoring sound coming up from the other side.

I had booked room, Special Request was written early checkin by 9.00 am..inspite of room vacant they didn’t allot room before 12.30 pm, if I would hv agreed to pay Early check in charges they were ready to Give.. Just for 2 hrs they were expecting 3000+ Taxes for early check in Breakfast was not Soo good..

Had a great stay at the o. Staff is very cordial and polite. Specially mr. Sharad made the stay very special with his polite behaviour and good gesture.

The staff of the O Hotel Pune is excellent but the rooms do not feel like luxury, mostly old furniture, bad shower with no hot water [had to complain] food is good though. Service is excellent
