Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality and Scenic Views

We had an overall pleasant stay at the property, though there were a few minor issues like some dust and leftover packets in the drawers, limited hot water, missing bathroom toiletries, and WiFi not working. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality of the staff. Pankaj was extremely supportive in resolving our concerns, and X, who served us food, was very polite and attentive. The rooms were spacious, mostly clean, and offered mesmerizing views of the Panchachuli peaks. Despite the small inconveniences, we were happy enough to extend our stay by another day and would still give it a solid 4.5-star rating for the warmth, service, and scenic beauty the hotel offers.

groupWe 8 super seniors could not climb the stairs as such we were accommodated at an alternative place which was not good hence we left the place and booked another hotel where we paid extra rs 12000. If possible please refund this amount to us.

Management of hotel is very poor. They didn't mentioned about steep stairs to reach hotel which caused lot of trouble to my brother aged 65. Poor hygiene in rooms. No electric connection to few lights and exhost fans in both rooms. No toiletries. Tea and coffee accessories given. Overall management is very poor. Shortage of staff and poor hygiene.

Cleanliness and staff is good but food is not proper. Also, they serve breakfast after 8 only, so if we plan to leave for sightseeing before that, you will not get anything.
