Food is amazing but a bit expensive and the location is in the early hotels on kasauli road so you dont have to travel all the way up staff member are polite and helpful but the bartender was not in a good mood i guess everyone else was polite and friendly also one thing to point out that the lift was not working this time but it’s usually working as i have stayed there previously alot of times. Also they are adding pool and spa that was the only thing missing in this resort now they have worked on it and hopefully when I stay here next time we will be taking that spa. Overall 9.5 out of 10 rating for this resort.

coupleThe hotel owners tried to give me a cheaper room saying that they don’t have any other rooms, when i booked a royal suite. Also they were not friendly. Also the dining space is filled with flies and mosquitoes. Hygiene is not good.

Play area outside your room

coupleSo the hotel is situated at a good location and the food is also okay! but the worst thing in the hotel is that they have made playing area just outside your room, so you can’t sleep all night until people don’t stop playing outside cause it’s so clearly audible. If you’re finding peace this place is not for you.
