The AC was not working throughout the stay for 3 days and lights were flickering the at least 10 times.

The stayy is really good and even the caretakers are really nice. They also give you some restaurant menu so that you dont face any problem in case you want anything delivered. Also they have all the amenities. The only problem is that the roads are not really that good connecting that place. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

It was a good experience but few points which can get better- one is pool was there at the property but not for visitors it’s only for owners, which should be allowed. Even the club house is not for visitors. No extra towel and care taker is available only once a day rest if you want to wash utensils you have to wash n use it.

Worst experience with DESCHO holiday

The accommodation provided was in a flat wherein there were no provisions for immediate delivery of snacks tea coffee etc. Care takers allotted were useless. no access to the swimming pool.. Totally misguided by DESCHO Holidays.

the property was quite good, which was 30 mins from mandwa jetty and 15 mins from kihim beach, overall we loved the stay and the ambience of our room, but it was lil difficult to order food since zomato took 50 mins everytime to deliver the food. but would definitely give a 10/10 to the property and would suggest you'll if you are near kihim beach

The location is great and quiet. Flats are well maintained, all ott platforms are available. Service is premium. Will definitely recommend it for a couple or friends group or a family stay.

Very good ambience and arrangements at the location. It was clean. However, below are some concerns, 1. Frequent power failure 2. Mobile network issue 3. Honey comb at adjacent property

Its a residential complex. No restaurant or anything within complex. Stilt parking available. Kitchen with Induction and basic utensils available. RO water purifier available and no mineral water provided separately. Tv with amazon firetv available but need to use your credentials for Netflix or Amazon movie. Double door Fridge available with ice option. Daily cleaning can be informed in advance. Zomato Swiggy can be done. Nearest bech is Kihim which 15 mins away by vehicle. Campus is quite as very few flats are occupied. Caretaker available with a table like temporary receiption at entry gate. To reach the location you will have to take left at Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj statue for 20 meters. Remember google map location will end before the entry gate but you continue to drive for 10-12 meters until you find entrance on right hand side. It doesn’t worth the amount paid as not much amenities and no resort like ambience available.

It is a residential complex. No facility for food or restaurant inside campus. Induction based kitchenette available with basic utensils including RO water purifier and hence no mineral water provided. Temporary reception counter is present at entry gate which is immediately on right hand side, at about 25 meters after you take left at Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Statue. Tv and wifi available however you have to use your credentials to use Netflix or Amazon prime video etc. Stilt parking is available. Entire campus feels lonely and quiet. Initial cleaning is good but don’t expect subsequent room cleaning.

familyOverall experience was good. Some little issues were there as in one room geyser is having some issue. Cleanliness of sofa needs to be improved. Location is 5 km from kihim beach and its near kankeshwar mahadev temple. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Only issue with checkout as caretakers come by 11am only and start cleaning flat where the checkout time is 12 pm. It becomes very inconvenient for guests. Host must look into it.
