Overpriced hotel. Rooms in poor condition, noisy AC, dirty walls. Nothing like a resort. No activities. I don't know why it is called a resort. Breakfast has idli, bread, tea only. No fruits, no juice. None of the rooms have ocean view. 5 minute walk through narrow lane to the beach is the only advantage.

The friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home. It was the best stay during our trip. Great room and breakfast. Only 1 minute walk to Beach. Also very close to all attractions.

Terrible Stay

No orders for dinner was taken post 8. 30 Pm and 2 of rooms ac were not working. Even we raised the issue so many times. They were not able to get it sort out.

Entrance is not good and AC was almost non functional

The entrance to the hotel looked like a walk through someone's back yard and it was hard to locate even with Google maps. There is no parking available and the hotel guys have some sort of understanding with a public parking person which is around 100 m away from the property.

Nice view on Palm Valley. Calm place, convenient to Beach and restaurants of Kovalam. Room is spacious and clean enough. Having big balcony and bathroom.

Location is close to the beach. No parking in the hotel, need to keep somewhere else Complimentary breakfast also average, just few items. Expect service like budget hotel but charged like star hotel since we stayed for one night, we adjusted but definitely not Worth the price.
Water heater was not working. Very average room, ants were everywhere and room Service was not good too much price for the amenities.
