People who believe in SIMPLE LIVING HIGH THINKING should stay in Occean Delight, looking for luxury will be disappointing, food EXCELLENT, fresh simple and served hot, Bong staff (Mr Partho) very co-operative, helpful and gives correct guide. Room well arranged and clean a nice stay.

the quality of the room doesn't justify the price that I have paid. Toilet not good. When we reached at the hotel room was not ready despite the Check-in time passed two hours, have to wait for 30 minutes as the previous occupants hadn't checked out. the toilets had no toiletries. Very very bad experience

Staff forcefully pressurise to put good review. They will disturb you repeatedly coming to your room asking many small small questions. Only 1-2 person they are managing whole hotel day&night. They give pressure to give tip. If you deny they will start fighting with you. Be careful.

Hotel was nice and kept clean. Manager and staff were polite and helped in everything. Location is nearby to beach

Ac was not working, entrance gate is quit smaller, bathroom geyser was not working.

service is quite good but hotel entrance is not upto mark....a small gate..u can see in picture no lift available....think wisely before choosing the hotel

Very professional service from the staff from Manager Parth ji and the whole staff member. If you are with family then it's Family Friendly Environment! Rooms were well clean and maintained and all the services mentioned were up to the mark and budget friendly. Must stay if you want to stay near Niladri Beach! Overall had a really good experience.

Not Worth the Money – Needs Major Improvements While the staff, especially Mr. Ashok and Anil, are dedicated and hardworking, the hotel suffers from a lack of proper infrastructure and professionalism. When the rooms are fully occupied, the team struggles to provide timely service. Additionally, the hotel has a serious mosquito problem, making the stay uncomfortable. The property is a converted residential home, but it fails to offer the charm and ambiance expected from a tourist spot. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and we do not plan on returning. Overall, it does not justify the cost.

Good behaviour staff and near to beach, breakfast is good, reasonable at 1500 per room and no extra charges

I chose this hotel based on the pictures of the facade and rooms. Oh boy, were we surprised when we reached the property. We told the driver that is must be a mistake as it didn't look anything like the photos from the entrance, which is a small iron gate. Only when the staff confirmed that they had my name did we realise that we had been had! It's basically a lodge trying to be a hotel. The run down restaurant doubles as the reception. I was not too surprised when the owner said that most guests that book have the same first reaction!! I had no option but to stay as we had paid in full and were there only for 1 night. The rooms are as shown in the pics but tired and old. The place is teeming with mosquitoes and had a lingering stench. We found out later that this came from the sewage treatment plant just 200m from the property.. The only saving grace was that the AC and the water heater was working. Only book here if it's the last option left.

The location of the Hotel is good. Just 2 min of walking distance from the beach area. The staff is nice and cooperative. Talking about the amenities and room, they are pretty basic except for the washroom. I would say, rooms are good for 2-3 people. They provide a nice garden area to stay for sun bathing. For veg people, food is good. Overall more than average stay.

The hotel is average, and there is no intercom even to call the service boy. There was no toothpaste and dental kit available. The break fast was ok. But what we wanted was not served. Only one towel. Was provided for two guests. When we asked they gave. And there were lots of mosquito in the room.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. With spacious rooms, a welcoming staff, and a delicious breakfast, my stay was both comfortable and delightful. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers

The experience was bad and the owner's attitude was not good and the staff members were also not supportive. Not needed

It was a nice stay but there were 2 problems. 1. Mosquitos in room 2. Constant noise of some kind of siren in morning, don't know what was that. Else room was clean, bathroom was good.
