Ocean Palms Goa

We had a very pleasant stay in ocean palm for 3 nights. Below are pros and cons of this resort. Pros: staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are clean and specious with all the amenities, wide range of options in breakfast, very good location everything is available within 1 km, calangute beach is 2. 4 km. They org-anise cultural/dj events within resort premises, terra restaurant food is good (try sandwich and roll) cons: complementary drinks and credit are same if you book room for 1 night or 3 nights which is not a good policy, meaning if you book room for one night at special price they will give you 4 drinks and 500 credit and if you book room for 3 nights then also they will give you 4 drinks and 500 credit. Recreational area is not good.

Decent place to stay with family. Full marks for cleanliness, tasty food and excellent service in the restaurant. Manager om prakash, waiters upendra, abhishek, saikat were great with their efficient, personalised service. Buffet breakfast is good. Instead of buffet dinner, they offered fixed menu dinner with limited options. But every item was super tasty. Everyday at dinner time some music program is there. Additionally, we got to watch belly dance on tuesday, a small magic show on wednesday. The Ocean Palms Goa is not very neat to calangute beach, it takes about 10 minutes to reach. Overall a decent Ocean Palms Goa with big size, clean rooms and super food. Would love to stay again.

The rooms are good and spacious for two person. Housekeeping services are quite good too. Hair dryer and basic toiletries were provided. Overall design of the rooms were good and decorative as well. There was no covered cupboards given which was needed. The dining options are good but bit costly in terms of quality and quantity too. Also after you order some food it will take 45mins to come to table which has to improved. Smoking was allowed in dining area and room balcony too. The Ocean Palms Goa had two wheeler and four wheeler options ready which was quite favorable i would say. But in terms of total price of per day i would say it’s a bit overrated.

Nice resort, clean and spacious room (i took premium room with balcony, clean washrooms, plus is that its near to beaches like condolim, calangute etc hardly 1. 5 kms. Breakfast was good with varieties. Timely room service. Even you get bikes on rent in Ocean Palms Goa premise. Only thing is that which i dont like is the checkin process. If you reached early than the checkin -time somehow, they dont hv extra rooms to allow us to take rest. Even on multiple requests they denied rudly. The lady at front desk was rude at that time. So if you book a room here, make sure you reach on chekin-time else you hv to wait sitting there.

During a recent trip to goa, i stayed at the ocean palms resort, ideally located on the quieter calangute beach. Just an hour from the airport, this Ocean Palms Goa blends luxury with modern goan charm. My pool view room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a hot tub on the balcony, and contemporary amenities. The resort excels in service, from room service to the reception. Facilities include a full-service spa, and dining options offer diverse local and international dishes. Overall, ocean palms provides a peaceful, luxurious retreat away from goa's hustle.

The Ocean Palms Goa, rooms and services were all very good. Every evening they organised some musical performances to engage their customers. The location of the property is so close to the calangute beach. The market and so many restaurants are all within walking distance. The best experience for us was that we had to check out early. Our kid was sick and they refunded us the extra night amount already paid by us at the time of booking. They genuinely understand and co-operate with their customers. Great going team!

We were here for 4 days and we had the most amazing stay here. Rooms were really good, they upgraded our room as well since it was birthday. They sent us cake too on the birthday. Breakfast spread was amazing as well and all the stay members were quite polite and always greet us with smile. Location is quite good as well since it is situated in main market and everything is quite close by. This was our second stay here and we would definitely coming back the third.

Ocean palms Ocean Palms Goa. Goa. Was an amazing experience with good and hygiene condition, break fast was also excellent and taste with great variation. Friendly staff, co-operative nature. Good ambience and easy to reach nearby sea beaches and known tourist places. I personally recommend to new travelers to go for this Ocean Palms Goa. Because it is very next level experience. Superb place to stay as we were first time visitors. Staff polite and courteous. Amenities Gym, pool, recreation, shoes and activities every evening. Good food. Wheels on rental available. Location under 10 minutes from Calangute beach. Excellent location to accessing North Goa.

Resort is centrally located with a proper parking space. Staff is courteous and the breakfast options were to the point. Had an amazing stay!

Food and location and customer service, all are amazing! impeccable cleanliness had been maintained throughout our stay there in every area of the Ocean Palms Goa. Friendly staff and prompt service were the highlights however the food was so amazing, it stole our hearts! thank you for an amazing trip!

The Ocean Palms Goa's cleanliness surpassed my expectations, Ocean Palms Goa was conveniently located and is easily found, 7 minutes walk to calungut beach side, room was well equip with all amenities. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient
