Location was good as it is near to Havelock jetty, but many appliances like exhaust fan, Air conditioner, fan was not working. If we make complaint also, there is a very poor response ., Room was having bad odour.

The place is not value for money, overpriced according to the quality of room and service they provide. The rooms were very dusty when we entered the room. Consequently, we called for on spot cleaning of the room. The room was not properly well lit, very limited lighting. The food in restaurant was good. The hospitality staff seemed least interested in serving their customers. There was constant voltage fluctuation due to which AC couldn't work properly, however, the manager changed our room for a night to another room.

We stayed in a Deluxe room over the 31st December. Needless to say, the price was over the roof - 4 times the usual price. Absolutely not worth the price. The hotel management. Staff was not courteous. The property is just about okay with a private beach - The resort does not have an entrance to talk about. The room I stayed was just average - The washroom roof was leaking, an extra mattress requested was placed around 1 a. M only after multiple requests. Towels were given after 2 days when we were about to check out . The management. Staff attitude is very annoying and careless. They argue like they know it all. The least they can do is treat their guests with respect.

Nice place clean room nice location On the way to Radhanagar and kala pathar beach but enterence for the resort is terrible and smelly .. Beach place must be make clean and food variety should be increased
