good location, very accessible, luxurious feel in the lobby and common spaces. Staff and service is really good - very kind and helpful. Included breakfast buffet is standard continental pan-India fare with a few Mangalore bits thrown in (Sheera, Uppittu). It was tasty overall. Room was clean and comfy, the thermostat controls need some getting used to, bathroom well stocked but small. Overall I think the hotel is great value and quality

Rooms was good. Not much variety in Buffet and it was average. Booked Ocean Pearl as they are known for their food. But they are not up to that mark now.

Check in was fast but staff are disinterested to explain basic things like breakfast timings. Rooms are spacious and clean. But blankets were wet and not dried completely. Upon enquiry, the staff carelessly replies 'All blankets are wet today after wash'. Surprising that hotel expects guests to use wet blankets! Breakfast was extremely bad and all items were cold. Servers were not even interested to serve water. Would definitely not opt for breakfast here. Positive thing is Valet and Security guys are friendly and helpful. Only they deserve good ratings. Better to opt for their main branch Ocean Pearl where service is better or any other hotels in Mangalore. Not at all recommended to stay here.

They gave us single twin beds rather than queen bed .Moreover on asking for towel,they said they were out of towels.Food was good and cleaning staff was prompt but hospitality needs to be worked on

Stayed for 3 days Ocean pearl inn, Mangaluru. The experience was really awesome. I love the place.. launch or Dinner complimentary has limited options.

Not given the room I booked After lot of arguments only made it possible I guess they are treating MakeMyTrip customers differently Also the dinner package there was a special menu and the communication was not made to the resto. It’s after all very poor experience. Notting phone calls too

I like your hotel and accommodation and breakfast . We stayed with Family from Arab Friends and their families. This is 3 time. I wish to stay here more days for my friend son hospital treatment here near KMC Hospital

My recent stay at Ocean Pearl Inn, Mangalore offered a mix of positive aspects and significant concerns. On the positive side, the rooms were notably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The processes for check-in and check-out were also commendably easy and efficient, contributing to a smooth start and end to the stay. Parking, while a bit constrained due to being on a one-way lane with space for only about four cars, was manageable, though it could be a challenge during peak times. However, there were a couple of areas that fell short. The breakfast offered was unfortunately not good, lacking in quality and variety, which was a disappointment to start the day. The most critical incident, however, involved a room boy entering my room without permission while I was in the shower. This was a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Such an incident significantly undermines a guest's sense of security and comfort, which are paramount in any accommodation. This single event overshadowed many of the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. While Ocean Pearl Inn has strengths in its clean, spacious rooms and efficient administrative processes, the unsatisfactory breakfast and, more importantly, the severe privacy breach, suggest a need for significant improvement in staff training and guest protocols.

Excellent rooms, very clean and convenient stay at Ocean perl inn in Mangalore. Though stay was just one day, it was all nearby and convenient. Direct booking was around certain amount got less amount though make my trip.
