Nice atmosphere and beautiful location Near to all places like visiting temple,agnitheertham,boating etc...

Location- just okay, amenities and services- just basic. Food- they don’t have kitchen, bring breakfast packed from outside, but the breakfast was nice.

Very higene. Very clean and Neat Rooms. Very friendly and Homely. Very near to all important places Especially to MAIN TEMPLE and related shrines and Rly Station respectively. EXCELLENT ONE. Without hesitation we can opt this beautiful "OCEN SANDS RESIDENCY". EXCELLENT

Great location, very near to Agni theertham and temple. Ample car parking space. Hospitality by the owner and managers was outstanding.

The host was so good. Even though he was an senior citizen but he made sure we get all that was needed. Such hospitable people and so warm.

Everything in the room was terrible. No food is available but an attendant goes to bring tea/coffee with his bike. I did not take any picture but I complain that the name of the hotel betrayed.

I was trapped with what ever mentioned in the web. The room is dirty, no sheet for covering blanket. Bathroom is also not clean and without toilet paper.

This hotel is conveniently located near Agnee Theertham and offers a stunning sea view. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained and kept very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. This was my second visit, and I always recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is situated in a area of parking lot for pilgrimage buses and is quite dirty. There is no approach road and reaching the hotel was daunting task. The room is very small with cheap plastic chairs and a small plastic table sufficient for keeping only water bottles and mobile. There is one very small wash basin outside bathroom with no space for even tooth brush and shaving set. There is huge difference between the photos and actual reality. There is no breakfast or any food available in this hotel. only 2 small soaps are provided. They changed the assigned room after AC didn't work and could not be repaired. The power supply to geasures are controlled by the owner and you have to request him to switch on perday as such similer rooms in these lean season are available for less than 1000 rupees perday. The ratings shown appears highly misleading and manipulated.

Approaching road very filthy, rooms are not upto the mark, no driver staying area.

I had very short stay, but room was really good. The location is very near to beach and there is verandah where you can enjoy sea breeze during evening. Temple and dining options are walkable from hotel

The location is good ( near to agnitirtham, and parking is available whereas the room is average. The main drawback is hotel entry entry is through common parking which is in bad shape and dirty.

The owner soundarya is so supportive and understanding. Staff is so well behaved, courteous and smiling. Very genuine people, doesn't have 5 star facility but experience is for sure 5 star. 100metres from sana place to 200mtrs to the temple.

Horrible hotel all the information is all false it only has a sea view and far away fro copym the s same a breakfast is arranged from roadside eatery as a sorry hotel does not have restaurant. The staff is absolutely arrogant uncooperative expecting tips at every given point we were served the same dos a and idly options every day for breakfast the approach road to the hotel is a muddy road which was filled with muck avoid this hotel at all cost.

Stayed for 2 days here. The owner and caretakers constantly inquire if we need anything. The site is good. Very close to temple

There was no hot water or normal water at 3am. Got up at 3 am finished bath etc with only available one bucket of water as we had to reach temple at 4. 15 am. Linen, bath towel were dusty. Brooms and cleaning material are stored at staircase, does not look nice in the morning to see first.

Neat and clean. Spacious room and polite staff. Excellent property and location. Ample space of parking and right at the shore of the sea. Loved it!

The property is located near agniteertham which-bis very close to the temple east gate. The interior was good and was clean. Expected better room service. We stayed 2 nights but no room cleaning, not even breakfast, tea is made available. Wi-fi range is not reachable inside the room. Overall i can say it was a good stay in terms of location, room, ac. Service needs improvement as mentioned.
