Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa

Awesome stay. The rooms are big, spacious and luxurious. Bathrooms are clean and large with couple of rooms having bathtub as well. A swimming pool which is clean and where you can chill out and relax with your friends or your partner. Complimentary breakfast- options are limited but homely taste and prepared very fresh. You have to inform Around 30 min prior in the morning. Tea and coffee is available 24 hours from machine, so is the RO water. You can order your lunch or dinner from nearby restaurants. Crockery is available for use. No unnecessary restrictions. Hotel staff- caretaker of the property which is a mansion, named Durgesh and his wife are extremely helpful and deserve a special mention. They go out of their way to help you. Only negative point about the Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa- staff other than Durgesh are untrained and know little about the Hotel, which delayed our check-in on the first day. Also water got over while I was taking Bath in the first day, for which a tanker refill was done. I guess it was probably because they were cleaning the pool in our request, so they get the benefit of doubt there. Finally, a wholesome and amazing experience.

1. The rooms are really huge and especially the bathrooms are super clean and really big. 2. The surrounding is very calm and beautiful and the view from room 5 is amazing. 2. The breakfast offered is really delicious and hygienic. 3. Dona paula is walking distance and panjim market 10 mins by bus (bus charges 12 Rs) 4. About the staff- great staff! We forgot our id card at the Hotel after we checked out and we're at the bus Station, I called the Hotel and within 10 mins the manager (I don't know his name but I guess was durgesh) came and gave us our id cards on his bike. I Am really surprised by the helpful and sweet gesture. Not once did he frown as he had to come in the Sun to give us our id cards. All the staff was so friendly and always smiling! Really I would suggest you to stay here especially for the helpful and always cheerful staff!

2 day short stay in a house like Hotel or suite. Stay was like a paying guest. Receptionist was helpful. Electricity issue faced (for at least 2 hours). Design, pool, bathroom, balcony area, room interior, was things to appreciate where as privacy issue, help is not there every time, struggle to manage basic things. In short, a place for family or business trip in a very romantically designed rooms and bathrooms. Main thing, balcony area is good place to spend time with your partner but CCTV is questionable at that place.

The most amazing is the executive who are working then. They are so attached with customers as their own family. The interior and exterior too good. I think there should be more man power as only two people I saw handling everything as yesterday I wanted swimming pool in morning and my check in was at 9 in one hour they cleaned full swimming pool for us that to in rains. Feeling really proud of the person, I hope people should learn from him as he is so much dedicated to his work. Thanking you, GAUTAM ASNOTKAR

Everything was good except the receptionist. He was a bit rude when asked for some problems regarding how to open the back door of the room! the rooms were clean and the view from the Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa is also great. The only downfall was the receptionist who could have said things in a calm and polite way but chose to raise his tone while speaking

Best staff ever. Don't have restaurant but they order it from outside whatever you want to eat. Amazing rooms and pool. Also very sweet and helpful staff. They even made maggi and tea for us which we bought from outside for free. There is cute cat and a dog. Also lovely family hosting it. Thanks for making our day so good. I will surely come here again.

I booked this Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa via mmt and everything mentioned in its reviews were found true. It has private pool along with very polite care taker of this property. In house kitchen is not functional post covid. But the best thing is you can order via zomato/swiggy. The property is located at a very quiet place.

The Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa is located in a good locality and the service is very good. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, taxi/scooty pick/drop, etc. Also, located very near to dona paula jetty and supermarkets. Comfortable stay.

Location is a bit far. Not possible to go with out your own transport. However food is good and at low prices, hygiene and safety is great. All in all good value for money. Pool is also great.

Room/Ocean Suite Boutique | Rooms in a Villa was clean. Breakfast was limited but tasty. For other times Swiggy or Zomato will help. Staff was very helpful on any concern. If you are going with kids playing carry tetra milk packs. Place is quite and you can really relax.
