property location is excellent. I had a sea view balcony. Property is well maintained in terms of design. However, the caretakers do not know hygiene basics. Basic protocol of washing hands after cleaning process missing. Ear/nose picking, brushing hair using hands during cooking food or serving food was observed. kitchen area was not clean. hand towel..I donno when it was washed last time.

I booked the "sea view deluxe room". the problem is they have three rooms under same category in their top floor. one the room has private sea view balcony, while other two rooms only share a common open dinning space. when I checked in, I was told by the caretaker that all three rooms are equal, and they all only share the common open sea-view dinning space. though the room having private balcony was vacant when I checked in, the caretaker gave me other room. nextday, I understood that all the the rooms aren't same when a guest came to the room having balcony. I asked the caretaker why they didn't give me the room having a private balcony, but they again argued the same thing "all three rooms equal , sea-view deluxe room", which clearly isn't. I called the owner, and he also told me the same thing. so , be careful if you going there by online booking. the food cooked by the Bengali cook was homely and good.

Overall its good stay Rooms are clean its a homestay. Food available beautiful view from top floor

This home stay is just like home the staff is very cooperative and helpful. I just loved the hospitality of the home stay. I will always book this home stay whenever I will visit port blair

Budget friendly Well maintained, Neat and clean homestay nearer to jetty. Food is perfect for my young child also.Well communicated staffs.

Location was good, rooms at this price in port blair is rare. Food was average with limited option.

Service is very bad, air conditioner remote not working, bathroom door not working, food prices is very high, any days not clear room service staff.

Room is okay but caretaker switch off the main line of electricity so that you can not turn on the ac and will pretend like electricity is gone in whole city

The property was good to average..there is a kitchen but cannot cook by yourself,there is a cook boy who cooks according to your tastes..room #3 AC was not working properly but we managed it somehow..Cab driver Rajesh was so co-operative & guided us very warm..owner Rohit help us to plan & booked everything we needed for the trip..so these two guys made so easy & relaxed our entire trip..thank you to both of you & the cook boy too,he also made my stay so unworried as we had a toddler in our vacay..he even cooked the baby food separately..Thank you guys 👍

It was not good. The air conditioning was not working all the time and was not fixed on reporting too. It was not good staying there. Kindly ask the owner to provide what’s promised
