OCEANIC BEACH RESIDENCY

Hotel stay is well maintained, owner is very friendly. Hygiene is maintained

The facilities and cleanliness were not satisfactory. No wifi, no hot water in the bathroom (reason mentioned was solar panels take time to work), no kettle. Floor of the room had beach sand.

it was nice experience, very couple friendly..get privacy ..and feel safer. Since it is in north cliff,very close to beach,many cafes and restaurant are easily accessible..

Room was nearest to beach but way to hotel parking is very difficult if we go by car. Room maintainence is poor

It's a nice stay and a peace full location. The room was very neat and clean. The balcony is the main attraction of every room. Beach is very near by anway it was an amazing stay & the staff attitude is appreciable.

We had a good stay there. The hosts were so helpful. They helped us to arrange an auto. The beach is nearby. Hardly 2-3 minutes walk overall we had a good experience

Our varkala trip was good by getting a stay very close to north clif and it was easily accessible from railway station. The people in hotel treated us in a good manner and helped us by arranging bikes and autos. Rooms were good enough to stay and had required amenities. Overall we had a good stay

The property is near the beach is the only advantage apart from that nothing is there. Not even compliment water bottles and rooms are not that clean, not worth the money. While i'm checking in there was the cigarette waste which as left by earlier person stayed there. I travel-led with family which is not suggested for this. The parking and the way to this property is very hectic. Only one car can be driven at a time not even two wheeler can cross in opposite.

Even though it is not sea facing, it is very close to beach. Staff is very friendly. It-has basic rooms with balcony. I stayed in a sea facing resort too but this one made more sense.

Hi booked a a/c room here on 19. 11. 2022. First of all let me tell the pros this property is very near to the cliff (appx. 100 mtr. Staff behaviour and service is good. In my room ac was not working properly so i informed the manager and he called the technician and resolved it quickly. Cons this property doesn't have a restaurant. (but there are many restaurants available near by where you can get variety of options for lunch and dinner. No drinking water in room we have to buy it from outside. Over all experience was good.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. Getting to the place is quite tricky as the path is narrow. Barely passable for one car. The room i got was pretty dusty and had some cobwebs. There is quick access to the cliff-side and the room had a small and comfy balcony. Good place to stay for overnighters.

Hospitality is really great. They suggest good restaurants, places to visit and helpfull. Friendly attitude

Hotel is very near to beach and shopping area but it is very very old property. As to renovate alot. Not a good place to stay its like a lodge room. They dont provide water bottles. Reaching the hotel is complicated. Very very small one way road. Difficult to take care to the hotel. If you want to teach the beach you have to thru next hotel.

Room was big spacious. Location close to cliff /beach. My request to hotel staff is please focus more on cleanliness. When i checked in to my room. I noticed floor was not clean. There was dust, when i walked barefoot i noticed it. Also my request to hotel staff is please make sure all switches amd charging points are working. My room fan regulator was faulty. I could not reduce fan speed.

It's an average stays, location is ok, less amount for Rickshaw from Varkala Railway station. No more facilities. Average rooms. Only location is look, just walking distance to the beach.

Location is excellent. Though no extra amenities are provided except WiFi but it's decent value for money. They do not allow early check in but they did let us keep our luggage till evening after checking out. Overall it's a good place to stay !!

Fine ... Cool place to visit and the hotel staff guided very well ... Hotel looks very clean and tidy ... One and only issue was hotel management didn't offer the mineral water to drink, we have to purchase it ...

The location is very nice, its near to everything you want here, I guess everyone will like this hotel. Being a beach side hotel there is not much facilities available, you can just come stay and go, its perfect for that.
