Wrost rooms horrible staff he don’t know how to speak with costumer and cockroaches in every room and the Wrost washroom and sanitary

No food facilities, location was good , amenities were worst and terrible condition of rooms and bathroom, dripping taps , broken furniture, broken electric boards , no compliments ( water bottle,soap,shampoo)

The hotel was not good that much as per service and cleaness

Very poorly administered and managed hotel. Needs lot of cleanup and improvements to upgrade itself.

Very terrible stay. Dont trust the photos which is seen on the hotel website (it's too old photos). No toiletries, no water and no basic facilities provided by the hotel management. Lot of Cockroaches and insects in the room. I'll not recommended to anyone.

I had the worst experience ever at this Octave hotel. I have booked a hotel for 3 days but left in just one night. Rooms as well as passage smelling unpleasantly. Dust on room furniture.. washrooms are unclean.. horrible experience.

Hi I recently booked a deluxe room in octave crystal heights indiranagar . I had such a pathetic experience their, i thought i would become a patient of some serious disease if i keep much longer stay over their. The room was in a poor condition old fungus chairs untidy wardrobe, and cockroaches were also their in the room. Water was so smelly and unclean as i opened tap in bathroom worms started coming out , i was terrified after seeing that , on weekends if you want to sleep for longer hours they just disconnect the electricity again and again . I told them the situation also gave them tip to clean the room but they didn’t changed a single pillow cover. As i got busy in my office i was stressed for telling them same thing daily. GUYS!! If you love yourself and don’t want to get sick just stay away from that hotel , it’s useless to stay their they are even overcharging and non co operative staff.

I have asked the Receive desk at least twice that I will arrive late at night, so they should please check the room before hand. When I checked in at around 0030hrs. in my room, there was no towel, water. The bed sheet were torn. I have to call the front desk several times to rectify. The sheet was changed with another cover which has even greater tear. I have kept the video of the same.

Stay was fine until i found a used condom lying on the table

Toilets weren’t that clean , pillows aren’t clean. Overall wasn’t happy with the way the room was .
