Need improvement on night rat in room and wall top kindly take action and make it possible to catch the rat

The worst experience in the rooms not maintained by the clearness of rats is the coming floor terrible 😔

Room was not good and washroom. Also washroom door also is not working properly. Instead of bathroom also is not working under landline. The internal connection also is not there. We are facing lot of problems.

There are pests moving around the room and bathroom is too small

I had selected the Ac room but there was no window to close . No meaning of Ac insects inside the room . Tv was not available. Bad smell from bed n pillow

I would like to highlight a few points about the stay: 1. While booking, it clearly stated 'King Size Bed', but when we reached the room, it was only a Double Bed, which was not comfortable for 3 people to adjust. Although they arranged an extra mattress, we had to pay separately for that. 2. Disappointed to find strain marks on various spots of the bed, chair etc. 3. They mentioned TV, but it was not available in one room. 4. The Bathroom was too small and not maintained properly. The lock of one bathroom was also not working. In spite of these issues, we were happy with the staff behaviour. They were quite approachable.

The rooms were nice and clean the staff was polite there was no cealing fan only a wall mounted fan which worked amazing.

It was quite okay but there were some minor issues regarding the toilet- which were broken and the door cannot be close properly- also the bed which were supposed to be queen size were joint with two small bed which were uncomfortable at the middle because of the cap.

Very good hotel and it is near by metro station, Railway station, Bus stand. Staff is supporting

The hotels is not that much bad not that much great I can give 3 star out of 5 but the staff of the hotel are very good and humble that’s the plus point.. need to improve in maintenance of the room other then that every this good

The stay was smooth, clean rooms, helpful staff, easy check-in and a peaceful staying atmosphere .

It was good, the staff was helpful and the people are nice, it’s value for money I would say, and it’s in the centre of the city so everything is basically on a walkable distance or very close by
