Poor Stay

could not stay more than 20 minutes and che ked out due to bad smell. The locality is crowed and property is in the fruit market area of yeshwantpur bus stand. I called customercare and requested for refund .

I request to everyone don’t go because of looks and as per photos it’s totally different, bathroom was like scary. I have booked for just one day but within 2 hours I have checkout and looked for different Hotel

Wanted to stay near Yesvantpur Station, that's why I booked this hotel, I searched on Make my trip and the hotel seemed very good after seeing the pictures, but after going to such a horrible hotel, I found that no other hotel has been like this before, A.C is not working at all, water is not stooping from the tap, they are not providing water on time etc

The location was very disappointing, right in the middle of a busy market. The room itself was okay, but the staff were unprofessional. When we arrived to check in, the receptionist left us waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes with no explanation. The whole experience felt chaotic, and we decided not to stay the night and shifted to another hotel.

So when we reached the hotel(around 11:50pm at night),the receptionist (a male)said that our booking was not successful and when I told him numerous times my name and booking ID he said this happens quite commonly and we both were girls we were scared where we’ll go at that time and he was not ready to accept that we had a booking;then i went to his side of desk and showed him my name and booking and he said that we had already checked in but that was the first time we had been there-then he accepted that he gave our booked room to someone else;after entering the room we saw a big stain in middle of the bedsheet which made us question our choice of hotel and the room was not neat;we were not given drinking water too.
