Oh Biz Premier-Leonia Holistic Destination

The staff has no consideration. And the hotel was mediocre

No hot water first day , called several time finally attended after one hour, but just few minutes . Next day , no hot water and no bath

I have visited leonia oh biz premier on 4th oct for a stay till 5th oct. I had a very bad experience first abd foremost we requested for inter connected rooms since we were 2 couples but they denied saying it that those rooms are not available and infront of us they give to other people whose bill was more than us and then in the room when we checked the hot water in the shower was not coming so I called the reception and told them so they said they are sending someone to check and we waited so long but nobody turned up till the time the person came we already took shower and it was cold then in the room there were 2 cockroaches on the curtains we called the housekeeping for cleaning but nobody turned up later we again called housekeeping for cleaning washroom since it got dirty they didnt come for cleaning even for once in our 24 hours stay then when we paid so much to them the service they provided was just pathetic and even the breakfast buffet was too crowded no space to sit and eat. Overall my experience to leonia was terrible

WE STAYED FOR ONE DAY, OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. LEO SPLASH WAS GOOD, WATER WAS MAINTAINED NEATLY, ADVENTURE PARK WAS AWESOME, GO KARTING WAS EXECELENT, BRISTO BAR WAS BIT COSTLY.

Amazing experience, must visit, great time spent in pool ,tasty and marvellous food , gentle receiving ,love the experience

This is worst experience I had faced ,they refused my documents not allowed me to stay.i booked hotel through your platform.there is you not clearly mentioned pan card not acceptable.i argued with make my team executive ,manager ,nobody supported me.you are failed to refund my amount. you both are beggars even earning thousands of crores . you just want a percentage from the hotel.you don't bother about customer service. 1 min i didn't stay in the hotel you collected from me.with out giving any service to me.

Very old property. Electric Switches are not working . Suction of air from toilets are problematic.

This is a pathetic property, it’s marked as 4 star, however it’s like a local lodge. Old and rusted interior, bed spreads are yellowish in color, bathroom paints are coming out, room door was not getting locked, cockroaches inside. Please avoid this property

Worst mattress food was good, swimming pools are well maintained. Overall cleanliness and hygiene was maintained

Overall decent but not exceeding expectations. Caution to be exercised while playing in water slides .. prone to safety incidents ..

rooms are not good..... i feel pricing is high for such a kind of room.... food is ok ....food pricing high.... amenities like play area and all are close by 7pm. crazy resort

this place badly needs a renovation. water slides are not maintained even kids game zone. we paids per hr but there were no toys or activities inside the kids game zone.not at all worthy

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

The resort, ambience and food was good. Rooms were little old and not that great for the cost given. Also they just have two small list for almost 200 rooms across 14 floors. Waiting for lift itself is a tiring task. Other than that it was all good. Especially water park and outdoor area were all good. Location is outside city and hence the calmness of nature was always there. So a 4 out of 5 excluding the quality of the room and lift service.
