Very pathetic experience. Poor room condition, services are very bad. TV, Geyser, Intercom not working throughout the stay. The location is far away from the Dam. The food standard was good home style. This is the only positive thing.

The location of the hotel is good. This is the only good thing about the hotel. The rest is all bad experience. The reception staff was very unprofessional. He doesn't even know that the breakfast is included in the stay. He was even charging the breakfast in the food bill. Only after much explanation did he get confirmed. The staffs even forgot about the dinner order on the first night. On the second night when i was settling the food bill he wasted much of my time getting convinced about the inclusion of the breakfast in the booking. The pos machine was was also not working and i could not settle the food bill by credit card and finally i had to pay it by scanning a qr code. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Poor Stay

The hotel was quite far from mukutmanipur there was no lift & they allotted room on 3rd floor. For elderly people it was very painful.

I was offered rooms in 3rd floor in a separate building behind the main hotel. Lift was not there. I wasn't satisfied with the arrangement hence asked them to change the rooms. They offered 2 bigger rooms against my actual booking of 3 rooms. I had to pay additional amount as differential charge. Staffs behaviour was polite and good.

It was great! however the room service could've been a bit more refined. Bedside plugs are a must and should've been in every room, and the lifts should be more robust.
