The cottages are beautiful, but

It was a good stay, smooth check in & out. The lock on the door wasn’t okay but the staff promptly fixed it within minutes. The best part about this place is the location, views & cosy cottages. Some more maintenance of the rooms and it would be 10/10. Great staff.

We are not happy with property and check out hotel on4th march at 12 pm. Due to no any services provided like water bottle, dinner and many more. Only one waiter is handle this hotel. We sifted other resort and disc with resort for refund. The resort manger told us you talk make my trip and get refund & also we call your customer care no but still we have not received any refund or call from make my trips. Our money was wasted in your booked hotel.

Property was too good location was also good near by beach and hill top sunburn and resorts staff was too good parking we have properly guide us properly

Room is good not descent size. It is very small room and value for the money is very bad it doesn't have a pool and mainly food will not be available. I have not received soap, bucket, mug tv is not working these are some very basic things

Good place to stay with the nice view

The scenic view is excellent. Perfect sunset view with sofas in the lawn to sit. Clean and well maintained rooms, and availability of room service all the time. Has a nice sea facing restaurant, which also has a dance floor with dj performance at night. It's worth a stay.

To begin with, these are not cottages, these are cabins. Had I had the patience to argue post a 10 hour drive and an infant at hand, I would not have checked in. Beginners, no parking. Second, tiny double bed, hardly enough for 2 person unless you plan to sleep in turns or over one another. We have a 1 year old and were told face front, we don't have milk. The restaurant or a road side hawker place as I would call it is still under construction. The staff stopped working at 8. 30 pm and set out a table for themselves and had a gala time bringing on alcohol. On one occasion we were told to pay for coffee we got at rs. 200. No bill when asked. Some guy later turned up and ask for rs. 100 for the same coffee and when we told him we had paid double, he left arguing with the person who had collected the money. Here is the worst possible thing. Next doors is an upscale place called 'titlis' which is an all night party place. The ed m and bass will will rattle your cabin till 6 am in the morning. House keeping does not exist in spite of repeated requests. There are dogs that poop all around the property and this is coming from a dog lover. The place has no security, there is no one at the reception after 8 pm and I can assure you that any one could have stayed at the property without anyone being wiser.

The stay was really good and we enjoyed our time at the place. Staff was cooperative and helping.
The stay was perfect and the staff was very supportive and helping. We reached late night to the resort and the two wheeler for us to go around was arranged. We didn’t had much time at the place but the experience was really good.

It was a good experience, very close to the beach! enjoyable property. Service can be slightly improved. But would recommend as it is close to the ozran beach and that was the best part

Rooms are not upto the mark, location is awesome. Bathroom cannot be closed from inside, asked them to fix it however nothing was done. Every-time we have to ask the members to close it from outside to use it, wifi facility was available but none of the member were able to connect

Nice place to stay if you are a dog lover and good value for money

Location was very good but the hotel was very bad to stay.

Restaurant is worst had a very bad experience no proper breakfast

Food: except breakfast no food avail here in this property. Bar: no bar avail however, you get beer on request. (didn't try that) room service: no coffee powder even on request, there is phone avail in room with no connection. For every request you might have to go to reception. You have to order food from outside since there is no lunch or dinner avail in the property. Service was very slow sometimes, like to get your plates for food. There was two dogs in the property and i was really uncomfortable with that. Breakfast choices and service was bad there is no car parking avail in the property
