Thanks to mr. Nema the caretaker @ the property. He was really helpful & make awesome food for breakfast. The Olay Villa | Rooms & Restaurant offered to keep my luggage over there during my bike travel to other places without any extra charges. This Olay Villa | Rooms & Restaurant is 5km away from airport. U can catch a prepaid from airport to reach here. The taxi fare from/to airport to/from anywhere in ladakh is flat 550rs. Very peaceful & calm premises since its located away from leh town. Room, toilet & premises are kept well maintained neat & clean. Cozy luxurious rooms. No restaurants nearby. Will have to walk 20minutes (3km approx) to reach to leh market where u will get everything.

Stay was wonderful, i found it in make my trip and google map, food was tasty hygienic and clean. Land lord is too much helping guy, he knows all the places and a good guide, his wife in medical department that's why it's an add in. The room garden and everything is very much neat and clean.

The location of the property is too good. It's very peaceful and quiet. The stay is super clean and very peaceful. The food provided is simply awesome as it was home made. Wifi was awesome. The staff was so helpful and supportive. They even gave a local sim for our communication.

Located little far from market as you can not go market by walking. Breakfast and dinner is good. Owner is very good and helpfull. It is a home stay but gives Olay Villa | Rooms & Restaurant feeling. Would recommend this if you are looking budget friendly stay.

Best stay in leh. Felt like a home. They provided food like home. We really enjoyed our stay there. Must visit place. Family is very sweet. Thankyou for everything. Kids are really sweet there, they lift up your mood.

The home stay experience was very good. The room was spacious and washroom was very clean. The owner of the property, mr dorje was very helpful and welcoming. Caretaker, mr nima, was very helpful and modest.

We were group of 4 boys and stayed there for one day. Owner (mr. Dorjay) and caretakers (mr. Suraj) both were much polite and helpful. Rooms were cleaned, food was amazing, service amazing

conduct of owner and his family was warm and supportive, had a very pleasent stay. food was good , served in time.
