Room towels are very old. The bathroom ventilation glasses are broken. The intercom is not working. There is no mosquito net on the windows. Lizards on the wall. Floor mat is very old and unclean.

soloIf you are looking for accommodation near the Unesco World Heritage Sites, you are in good hands here. However, you will have to accept compromises in terms of cleanliness and quality. I had to clean the toilet thoroughly and the towels could have been washed more thoroughly. The mattress should be replaced with a new one. Installing wifi would also be advisable in this day and age. Otherwise quite okay.

Though hotel is run by goa tourism, it's a shabby place, the room needs good cleaning, even the ac and fan has dust. Bathroom including the door needs cleaning. Basic amenities like water, tea, coffee sachets were not provided. Only good to spend a night
