Location wise this is the best hotel to stay. Staffs are very nice, polite and very helpful. Food quality is truly nice and healthy. Only downside is only veg food available here, which makes difficult for most non-veg people.

Very nice behaviour of staff.nice cozy room absolutely clean. Little issues with geyser and water supply and food quality otherwise position wise view from and overall experience to stay in this hotel was very good.

Very cosy stay at the heart of Darjeeling

Stayed for one night at Olive by Tej Hotels, regretting why we didn't book for more days. It's very cosy, very comfortable neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. The best think about the hotel is its location which is right opposite to glenary's in the Mall Road. Overall a 5 out of 5 from my end to all the staffs who were very friendly and approachable. Had a nice experience staying here.

The room was really very spacious and it is right opposite to Glenary's. Only drawback is that the checkout time is 10 am and it can be extended to 11am not pass that. My suggestion is that they should change the checkout time and extend a bit. Otherwise the staff was good and the room was also very clean.

Room was good and clean, staffs were also good. Hotel location is just on Mall Road and 2 minutes distance from mall. Foods are also good but room and food both are too expensive.

It was a short stay but very pleasant, Hotel location is too good. Behaviour of the staff is very very good. It’s a pure veg hotel but quality of food is very tasty. This would be my first choice again in my next visit.

I had a pleasant stay at Olive. The room was clean and spacious and the location is good. The room had all the basic facilities and the cafe attached to the cafe served good food except few items that did not taste the best but overall it was a good experience.

Perfect location to stay in darjeeling. Good amenities and clean room but the washroom could be cleaner. Kfc is there in the same building and the glenary's bakery on the other side of the road.

The hotel is decent, the rooms good and well maintained. This is all veg however the service is prompt. This scores low on the value for money 6. 5k there is no parking and one has to make own arrangements.
