Olive Eva Stay offers good value for money. The breakfast is average, but the location is good, very close to Infopark. The amenities are quite basic, however the staff are friendly and helpful.

Being a four star hotel I expected a comfortable stay but the heater was not working room service was poor. No mini bar Totally not organised

I have booked room along with Breakfast..while check in also it was informed it is Buffet but I didn’t see any buffet option . I would not have opted breakfast if that was the case It was an average experience . I booked the Business hotel room with Breakfast on the assumption it would be Buffet and same is what informed to me during check in as well . Buffet was not served

had an excellent stay at Hotel Oliva Eva, Kochi! The staff was incredibly humble, polite, and always ready to assist, making the experience truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring absolute comfort. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the city easy. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality—highly recommended! Will definitely return.

Good food, staff behaviour is so good, TV is very small, parking is very small , neat and clean, close to the IT park

Stay at olive eva was very comfortable. The staffs were super friendly and very supportive. They guided us very well.

Excellent stay

stay is overall good experience. Room is very clean. kettle for making tea. Booked for 3 people. But received only two people accomodation.

I had to pay extra for an early check-in. The shower didn't work at all. I couldn't open the room windows as the knob was not there. It was broken and removed. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Short stay for 3 days and had a positive experience. I had dinner at the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was delicious. Good shower and ac. Hotel is good for business travellers, not so much for tourists

Terrible experience. Lot of restrictions. They instructed outside food is not allowed. But kitchen closes at 10. 30 pm. Seems like a hostel not hotel. Though they claim as 4 star hotel. Location is good. Facility is neat and clean

Very bad service very bad experience And staff behaviour very bad

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Before going i was worried of parking space. But staff has given very good support for parking my car safely. Food was excellent and room service was very quick. Room was cleaned daily, mineral water and caffeine was topped up as required. Nice location

The location was walkable distance from info park and quite convenient. The rooms were clean and perfect. Breakfast spread was quite adequate. The property accommodated some extra time for check out and i thank them for that. One suggestion is to add some lighting in the staircase. It was a bit dark walking down the stairs at night.

It was a nice experience. Better hospitality, clean, clam safe place to stay. The amenities in the room is the main highlight.

Regrettably, my recent stay at the hotel warranted a three-star rating due to certain shortcomings. Despite requesting a glass for the room, it took two calls and a delay of more than 30 minutes before receiving it, reflecting a concerning lack of promptness in service. Moreover, the bed setup was different from the expected double bed, with two separate beds combined. These factors impacted the overall experience negatively.

Rooms are clean neat. Comfortable stay and hygiene. Staffs were polite and hosting good. Foods are quiet ok, but the breakfast spread is limited and it should be improved.
