Although the room was close to decent, there were no toiletries provided by the hotel not even a towel. Kettle and cups were used and not cleaned after the previous check out. The rooms don’t have a key card and use keys to open the door. However, the power supply needs to activated using a key card, for this the hotel uses the condiments packets provided for the guest like a sugar packet or a milk powder packet to act as a key card which can be inserted. Due to this set up, the power supply kept fluctuating in the room as these are not sturdy. And the environment also felt unsafe.

Was expecting a real olive hotel experience but it turned out to be a just a normal hotel experience no amenities where precent and had to pay for water there is no dispenser. In the hall way, too noice rooms. No privacy due to no voice cancellations. Staffs are really good and well serviced. Wish there could be a sign on the ground floor that reception is at 1st floor.
