I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. The bedspread had visible stains, and the bathroom and towels were not properly cleaned. I also happened to see the blankets and bed linen being brought in from a vendor’s vehicle in unhygienic conditions and placed on the lift floor, which was concerning. Overall, the hygiene standards need serious improvements.

The rooms were decent, but they stank. Even the towels and bedsheets had a foul smell and felt dirty. The breakfast experience was terrible, the space was small and breakfast options were so little. The staff seemed to lack professionalism which proved to be a great inconvenience for us as there was no coordination between them leading to confusion.

The rooms are small, Pictures shown are different then actual. Breakfast is also cheap.. very limited items that are also available around 8:30 not before that. Out of my 7 day stay, feedback is not a good property to stay.

very clean premises inside the hotel and very washrooms inside the room.However the complimentary breakfast needs upgrades as the menu has limited items and the sole staff struggles to meet everyone order at the live counter.
