I have an excellent experience with Olive Servised Appartments in Chennai ,Kandenchavadi. The property is very heigenic,calm and homely atmosphere. The staffs are also very polite and helpful. The food they prepared very well and served as much as I need. I highly recommend this to all while you visit at Chennai.

Mixed experience — needs improvement in coordination I stayed at this property recently. The room itself was decent, but I faced a few issues: The AC remote wasn’t working, which was inconvenient. There seemed to be a serious miscommunication among the staff. I was suddenly asked to vacate as soon as possible, so I went ahead and booked another hotel. But then, after that, they came back to me and asked me to stay. This back-and-forth was quite frustrating and made me feel uncomfortable. The food was okay — neither great nor bad, just manageable. Overall, the property has potential, but better internal coordination and prompt maintenance would make the stay much smoother.

Clean and larger room. The food was basic but good and the place had great access to the main road and loads of shops close by. The staff were prompt to get what I had asked.
