My stat at Olive Serviced Apartment BTM Layout, Bengaluru was excellent. Infrastructure and all other facilities are upto the mark. Cleaning and all other facilities as well as location is good.

The property is very good- staff is friendly but their customer service people seems to least bothered about loyal customers- they were not bothered if the customer wants to coma back again or not. I asked that if I am booking the rooms for individual days for 3 different dates- then complimentary welcome kit is given evday but if it is booked for 3 days at a stretch then it is given only on the first day- when I said that then I may have to look for alternative options in future- the lady on phone said ‘ok sir’ which means it is perfectly fine to lose a regular customer like me- possibly becoz they have enough and more business
