familyMy stay with my family was excellent, rahul the caretaker made sure of all our comfort. I was given an a449 unit which is a gated community with security & affluent neighborhood. The defence colony's main market is right next door with many restaurants, bars & shops.

Overall locality is good. Locality is good but the price is high as compared to the locality and the locality gets closed by 10 pm at night so it’s take a lot of time to enter into the campus.

Clean and secured place. Valley & rahul are very cooperative and helpful. Second floor is bit uncomfortable for old age people without lift

Terrible Stay

the place was terrible. i was put up in an apartment that was different from the one on the address - defence colony. the room was totally unclean. the floors were dirty. i suppose they don't mop floors.the toilet was pathetic with very poor furniture and mirror, water not out flowing, less said about the fittings is better. i bet if anyone can wash his or her hands without getting throughout wet in the wash basin. main tap in the shower does not have a stop position. the toilet flush button is not fixed properly and keeps coming out. water stagnantes in the bathroom and will be there next morning. the bathroom glass was totally stained with hardwater marks. there were no shampoos or soap. as it was late in the night i could not arrange any soap to take a bath they agreed to provide some shampoo to take a bath. on making my displeasure they provided a soap. the linen on the bed was torn and with holes. the rooms were not cleaned the next day despite the fact that the room was opened to set right the cable tv that was not working. take my advice avoid it.

I don’t know as this was never raised as a complaint. Also the washing machine- to take caution before using.

No to Olive Apartments

businessI would not suggest any one to book with Olive Apartment. I book for defence colony and one hour before was inform by what is up about change of location from defence colony to GK1. No choice given. Really, do not like this way of dealing. .

Centre place, near to all places. Easy to access. Good parks Around. Courteous staff. Quite independent. Value for money. Safe too
