Excellent Stay

Our stay was wonderful! The rooms were very clean and hygienic, and the swimming pool was well-maintained and filtered. We really appreciated the 24/7 room service and the polite, friendly staff. We stayed for 4 days and had a great experience overall. A special thanks to Simon Sir for his excellent coordination and helpful nature. Highly recommended!

Not happy with the cleanliness

The property’s location was good and convenient, but I was not happy with the cleanliness. The swimming pool area was not clean and also not easy to use. Because of the cleanliness issues, I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. The amenities and services could be better maintained. Overall, the location was the best part of the stay, but cleanliness needs serious improvement.

The balcony view was not good. The hotel food was expensive. The AC was placed in the wrong position, and the screen couldn’t be moved, making it uncomfortable. The stay was not up to the mark. The swimming pool was good, but there were no life jackets or security. Parking was outside without any security.
