Hotel staff has given one room, in that room there was a water issue at the washroom and the rooms were messy after that they have changed thw room. I felt very uncomfortable at that moment and staff were not hearing our problems properly.

Poor Stay

Very poor housekeeping service. The Room was not cleaned for 3 days. Trash was not emptied and the bed was not done. Had to request for extra toilet paper and drinking water twice. Despite several requests to get the WiFi working again, this was not looked into.
