There was neither room service nor a receptionist. The security guard was the room service, guard etc all in one. The geyser was not working. Wouldnt recommend for a family. Okay for solo male travellers. Changed the hotel the very next day.

The virtual receptionist concept is terrible. it is mentioned that this hotel has restaurant/bar facilities. These facilities are a significant factor in my choice of accommodation but none were present.

I stayed for 3 nights, but the service quality is poor. They didn't make up my room until i asked for it and didn't provide packaged water until i asked for it. There was only a small shampoo bottle in the name of bathroom accessories. Room didn't have a window and it became a bit claustrophobic.
