Very clean rooms. Caretaker have us a few extra blankets and pillows on request too. Toilets were big with hot water and hand-held shower too. Overall very smooth experience.

It was a decent stay. Good parking area. But little far from city bus stand and tourists spots.

We booked a room for four members including my wife and two daughters, confirmed the booking by finishing the full payment via make my trip. But, when we reached the reception, the rooms got completely filled as the person in charge had provided the rooms to some others without having the knowledge of booking. They directed us to some other hotel mentioning that to be their property. We went to that hotel and had to stay there for two days, where we got a room for two members only. They didn't even refunded our money and didn't give a valid excuse for their behavior. We had to take two bedrooms in the other hotel and they only paid for one room. My wife and daughters were highly uncomfortable with the two different rooms that we had to take in the new hotel. How irresponsible behaviour is this! we highly discourage others to hire a room here as we didn't even get our room neither our money. Very bad experience!

Nice, clean and affordable hotel, good location and accessible to nearby shops

Rooms are ok. Attender is good and co-oprative. If you are looking for a family stay seriously then it may not be a right place as they also accommodate big number of college and bachelor visitors in group parallely. All are fine as they are running it for their business but sometimes it makes awkward as bachlors will enjoy their time in their own way. Otherwise it is very good. Good parking space. Good location. No food available, need to travel 2-3 km for lunch and dinner or else need to order on line.

If we are visiting the cave and waterfall this is best we can reach here as govt allowed only limited people and closing time is early this is best place to stay cover 30 percent of visiting places from here so it has good locations near by
