Om Shanti Beach Resort

Location was very attractive in front of the sea, room price little bit higher and limited veg food options due to konkan area but overall good experience.

The property location was front of the sea it was vary good for me & my family specially my 2years sun he was a very happy. And the food was fantastic. Their staff was very helpful.

Beachfront location and authentic seafood is the only plus point else not at all recommended for people who are concerned about hygiene. After paying huge amount (only accommodation, no breakfast) for just 2 nights to MakeMyTrip, I was expecting some resort like facilities. The name Om Shanti Beach Resort but it's not a resort. Only 6 compact rooms and a owners house where they cook food. It's kind of a homestay with some extended facilities. But it lacks a lot in cleanliness. Toilets were worst. Towels were really dirty. But on complaining they provided better towels. Same with blanket. It looks most reviews are not genuine. Now I am worried about booking anything on MakeMyTrip based on reviews.

Room was on nice location and provided delicious food, but I am not satisfied with your booking options. How did you advise single room for 5 guests ? I was thinking there should be multiple beds for all family members but I surprised when I saw only one bed was available for 5 guests. It was very disappointed. When I checked my booking, it showed me only 1 room. Then I talked with hotel members they said that book extra room, or they will provide extra cotton mattress then finally we slept on extra mattress all night. In future, I will never recommend make my trip for this type of hotel booking.

Location and view are awesome. Food was also good. We ordered veg which they made good. However I went in June when there is high tide, so water sports were not open. If you love water sports, should go after man soon.

It is been very good and pleasant experience.

One day prior received call to know arrival time, food preferences. Then told how to reach hotel. When I reached, welcome was so courteous, felt very nice. Immediately staff was after us to make comfortable as we traveled for 7 hours. Room was pretty specious, room service was 100% attentive and good. Food quality especially seafood was great. About location, awesome is small word, just a road in-between room and seashore, you can feel sweet noise of waves there out day and night. Overall superb.

Beach Side room is awesome, directly you can see Beach view from your bed.
Resort view is exactly in front of Beach and if you get the room which has having Beach view then it's awesome. Food is good.

Enjoyed our stay with magnificent sea view. Rooms were quite spacious and clean.

The service was very pleasant. The location is very scenic. Nothing to be complained about. For vegetarians the options are limited for a short stay that is OK. Overall our stay there was pleasant. It's a no frills place, nothing fancy a value for money place special thanks to Deepak and Sachin for the nice service. One great thing, that I liked, is proactive contact on the eve of our travel for food preferences, route information etc.
It was a sea facing cottage. It is so near to the beach that we were literally staying on the beach. Could see nice sunset from the room.

The location is serene. Service is excellent, food here is a dream to have. Excellent overall at affordable price. Had a great couple of days.

It was a very good and comfortable stay. Hospitality by staff was exceptionally good. Food was tasty. We purchased fish from local market and gave at hotel to prepare. The preparation was delicious. There were problems of electricity and WiFi connectivity. To sum up it was a good experience.

Stay was right across the beach. The food at Om Shanti Beach was really really good. The surrounding is calm and offbeat. Easy to locate on Google map. It was a basic accommodation but at this price it is quite justified.

The sea view from the hotel room was awesome. The room is little inside from the main road but worth to stay. Very good for a family. Room was clean and service was excellent and fast. Food quality is good and average priced. Sea beach is about 100 meter from the room and safe beach. Deepak and other hotel personnel are very polite. 100% recommendation.
