Don't tie with such hotel it's terrible pl delet from your list. There are so small rooms no ventilation no hot water in room. There is so small bathroom n w. C.

To be short, no proper management, everything had to be told like get clean water in room, tv wasn’t working before we came. No clean toilets. Just for the non ac room to stay we had to pay 1500 rs. No room service. Not at all recommended just 1 good thing its near main market uske awala kuch b nahi

The bathroom needs a sea change, change of bed sheets not done, dull room service no attender, no arrow boards to find the hotel

Very costly when compared to the facilities provided. Rooms were not cleaned when handed over to us from previous customer. Bedsheets were unclean and washroom was also washed well. This facility needs proper maintenance.

Quite a budget hotel, 1 additional mark can be given for location, location is excellent just walkable from matheran railway station and it's in the center market area so that's big plus cleaning is big problem, hospitality is poor, toilets are not up to the mark, overall room condition is pathetic, it's very poorly maintained by owner so certainly not recommend if you are going with family

The hotel that was booked for two days was found very bad having small space, lowest facilities and exorbitant room rate. It is not up to the mark to maintain goodwill and trust. Please get me satisfactory facilities in next booking. Don't disappoint me next time offer me little discounts. Thanks.

Was economical, clean, near market, but when booked online ea they showed 2 rooms for 4 guests and on arrival they gave only 1 room plus clear it.

Overall it was ok. That was too expensive for this kind of hotel.

Omkar cottage is not suggestable for family stay. I have booked two rooms for 8 adult. Each room 4 person, but provide couple room also not cooperative.

Omkar Cottage is not suggestible for family stay I have booked two rooms for 8 adult each room 4 adult. But the room provided was couple rooms only twin bed. Cottage appearance also not good.

Hot water in the morning only, when we slept on bed itching started, wifi is ok, less than expected in the room.

We never stayed there, walked out, my wife was very restless, third grade place, not descent for couple and family. Pictures and reality is vast difference. Refund my full amount laid in advance, seeing the pictures and trusting your site How you have connected with this 3rd grade hotel, like a chawl, very poor location, unsafe for couple and family, we didn't stayed there for even 15 minutes, we walked away and paid extra to stay in different hotel with better and safe eminent. I want full refund from you, otherwise hence forth will never book through you. Very disappointed with tie up.

It is not good for decent family stay. Very dirty washrooms and rooms also not so good.

Average hotel at 4star cost .. Can improve survive as 24hour hot water in shower. WiFi was with good speed ... Nice experience .. Good cleaniness .. Location is avarge but it's good that near market.

The room facilities were average but not worth the money and electricity was sporadious. The hygiene and the smell of the room was a big problem, the man over there was cooperative though. Overall not a good experience, go there you would get a hotel as much lower rates.
